Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
How on earth can anyone know who is buying the shares? You/me/many PI's/other investors? There is plenty of demand and mm's will know they can sell them on and are pricing the shares lower to make sure they do.
Also you can't know that virtually all of the placement shares were forward sold. They don't tag the placement shares. There could easily be a placee with 50m to 100m placement shares selling them today.
Onsolidground. Perhaps because they didnt have the mechanism in place to forward sell? It isnt straight forwarded with some regulatory considerations.... or perhaps they just didnt have a crystal ball on what the share price would do.
Many placement shares will have been forward sold/churned etc. But not all.
It's clear a number of placement shares are being sold today. Not every placee is the same.
Makes no odds to me. I haven't invested for what is happening today. Bit annoyed I don't have funds to buy more.
Yes you are right. It's not just about having a hole with helium coming out but remember until we had that we just had maps and a broken drill and even before that - no drill. So this is a big de risk on the delivery plan.
Have to say - I can do waiting - I can also do unexpected great news. All good.
Won't be long.
Mrnewbie. Having a hole in the ground with some helium coming out is one of the most valuable assets you could possibly have right now. It's kinda the point. If it flows and it keeps flowing at 4.7% then it's a bonanza of global significance.
...and that is why our milkshake will bring the boys to the yard.... damnn right, it's better than Nobles.
I think if I remember rightly that Noble could not get a sample of the 15m column of free gas. Someone will correct me if I got that bit wrong. They provided liquid or exsolved samples to the lab but not the free gas.
I believe we have provided samples of free gas that flowed to the surface.
Baron. Did you offer to pick up those canisters in your dual winged beast and hide them in a crate of Bratwurst to fly them to Oxford?
Also - picks of you flying over the sea would help us keep Skittish interested.
Ergo they must have realised they have flow of helium (and Hydrogen) that is sufficient on it own to move the commercial dial and those negotiations. IMO
I think whatever happens next will be being discussed around a desk not something that will be visible in the field.
They must want a JV or similar otherwise the most recent funding isnt enough to significantly develop anything in the ground.
The strange thing was.... more or less all of those shares bought over 3p on spikes were bought over a small number of trades just after the bell. This happened for several days, no? Why did they do that? They were multi million share trades. Why do that rather than buying them cheaper later in the day. Didnt look like small investor action to me. Thought it was odd at the time.
Why are we waiting for the seller to dehydrate?
I want a daily graphic showing exactly where the gas canisters are in real time. This can be made more interesting by showing local points of interest like bad weather/bandits/dangerous animals and then when they arrive in Oxford I want to see live cam footage of them sitting on the shelf so we know exactly when the lab tech picks them up to put them in the testing machine and putting them back on the shelves about 2 minutes later.
This is not rare on LSE. There are other places to find an RNS, especially if you want to know in real time. People were shouting that the last RNS had landed long before it showed up on LSE last week. Well, about 10 minutes.
Ultimately you end up with Dave the lab tech and he might be on lunch or chatting up someone in HR for all we know.
Waiting is fun... no?
Very true. The lab won't have a clue about how much the reserve is or how fast it's flowing. Just a breakdown of what's in the cylinder. HE1 can have a play with the well in the meantime and provide a lot more data.
Pushing cloth now
Gogs. Could be that a potential JV partner would want further proving up. Would they do that under the JV or before a JV? Lot's to think about ands I would expect that the next news we get would outline some of the commercial options and likely route to them.
Can't write off more drilling ahead of commercial production of helium. I agree. But it's not what the latest funding round is for.
There will also be an element of what HE1 wants to happen and what actually happens. The start point could be that they see the evidence is there and JV could add value right now but the JV partners can of course disagree. Seems to me that when I see other JVs being spun up they come in very early in the process?
"By moving quickly and finalising this company led placing early on, we have been able to strengthen our working capital position, which will enable us to fully focus on the next phase of the Company's growth."
Doesn't sound like a drill in the near term to me. Sounds like JV or other commercial drive.
Don't forget they had JV interest before but it dissipated - likely down to now being great at getting the drilling done. Different now. They clearly believe the testing they have done on site proves up the viability of the well. They can't say that quite so clearly without independent lab conformation but it seems to me they know.
