Thanks for that - I sold CAKE earlier this year, but got back in recently, and it is on the rise again, until today! Luke has an excellent track record, and, like others, I await his next move, be it on the BOD, or other. Would like to know the occupancy % of the hotels now vs last year(s).

Does anyone consider that a takeover is in the offing? I sense it with the large trades and LJ's holding.

NAV 136p, share issue underway at 140p. Looks a bit over-priced to me.

Seems that Mr Law thinks 240-243p is the right price to off-load 1m shares yesterday! He now only holds 423k shares. So, sell more than 2/3d's and keep much less "skin in the game". Views?

Good report, poor effect on SP! Interesting to see that the buys are in £k's and the sell much smaller amounts. I agree that the "day trippers" or is it "traders" may have left the "resort"! As a long term holder, and buyer, I can only see greater things for this well managed, progressive company. My guess is that the price will rise slightly over the next couple of days and then settle at a new norn. GLA

Re EDF. Yes cost is high, but it has a monopoly and costs will get passed on to the consumer.
