I have been buying and selling SOLG since 2013.

Hoping we get a knock out offer - so the decision to “sell all” is made for me.

Been 100% out 3 times in those long years - but kept buying back in.

Somehow over 83 trades -I made some decent profit.

Do any of the more knowledgeable posters on here know why the 8.3 firms are so slow to arrive?

Is there a time limit to announce holdings on the day of the offer (28.11.25).

Why have so many not declared yet?

Feels very weird - “a calm period before a storm perhaps” - but i expected more 8.3 RNS’s.

Took me 3 tries to filter Golferboy. as he had a space between golfer and boy.

But it was worth the effort.

Shaun looked very relaxed and calm.

I have full confidence - but at the 30 min mark - he got a bit twitchy (IMHO), when he talked about “other minerals / by products” that are coming out WITH the Tio2. Several times he mentioned NOT having deleterious materials to dispose of, like iron. But at 30 mins in - he mentions positive additional material.

Could there be copper in amongst the Tio2?

They bought the license to go “hunting for copper” - but found Titanium in vast quantities.

Maybe we have additional “good stuff” as a free carry - Billy Bonus.

A very large swing today from "down to up"

I appreciate this is just recovering recent falls and (IMHO) will soon be back at 13p and then beyond - but a rise like today makes me wonder what would happen to the share price if the long anticipated "news on multiple fronts" was released as an INTRADAY RNS.....!

I wouldn't want to be in a meeting and miss that fun and I am not going to try short term trading and risk being stopped out - only able to buy small amounts once the engines start.

I agree with the sentiment.

ITM is now my largest investment (low 6 figures) slightly behind EEE. SOLG and OMI and like others I have been selling RR with a x3.5 profit and adding here.

I am expecting great things from this interim update ...... can I ask where you "found" the 14th August date.?

All I can find is the 16.09.25 date and the Company Web site is disappointingly silent on all future news / dates / reports. I would think they have plenty to be looking forward to - but absolutely silent.

I had a diary note that the Interim / preliminary Results were due on 14.08.25.

Now - I cannot find any sign of where I got that date.

There is nothing on the Company Web site - but I did find 3rd Party sites listing 16.09.25 as the date for Interim Results.

It seems a bit far away as the previous Interims to End October were issued at end Jan (+ 3 Months)

For the next 6 months (end April) + 3 months - I was expecting - end July (today).

Sorry if I am being thick - but is the 16.09.25 date correct?

Good intercepts though. Some amazing - but if i am reading things right - they are inside the known mineralised zone.

Big take away for me was the statement that ……. as at the end of JUNE all samples and QA info had been delivered to the lab in Perth.

They are not hanging around - and we are now 7 days into whatever period the testing requires.

I would have liked some target dates or timeline for results - but it is typical of SB and EEE - no fake promises or hype.

I wish the SOLG board would learn how to do that.

The numbers are mind boggling.

If all goes to plan for EEE we will become "industry disruptors".

We are highly likely to have enormous amounts of high quality product which should be very cheap to produce.

No deep mining.

No Arisings / tailings

No Smelting

Available hydro power, roads, rail, ports etc.

While the current markets for Titanium in both paint and metal may appear small relative to the volume we will be trying to sell.......... we are likely to disrupt the price significantly. IMHO.

Higher cost miners may have good reason to fear EEE - but I believe the demand for all things Titanium will increase exponentially once there is a known high quality and ............. cheaper supply from a Friendly Country.

Titanium metals are used in Military, very expensive cars, Aerospace and top end medical things like new hips.

But think of all the other industries and manufacturers who would love to use Titanium if the price comes down.

Reminds me of stainless Steel invented in the 1930's and very expensive but gradually over several decades - is now in widespread use.

The "small" market for Titanium will not stay small for long when a new cheaper, quality supply comes along.

Time to change the thread title to something that is correct.

GAW are right to say the signing up “billy bonus” from Amazon received this year is a one off.

But if plans come to fruition - licensing will be key to future exceptional revenue.

Look at the merchandising money for all things Marvel.

Movies, lunchboxes, shirts, games, …….. anything you can stick Iron Man or the Hulk on.

In just a few years Games Workshop will be receiving a brand new revenue stream from being the copyright and IP holder of everything they do.

The future is Licensing and the movies will drive new players for the core games products in multiple new markets.

Wow.

Over the past 2 years i have invested more into EEE than any other share - and it is now my second most valuable share.

Just behind my RR holding - but has overtaken my I.T.M holding - despite the massive movements there last week.

EEE, (in my humble opinion) has the best legs and plenty of rises to come.

“Sponge”……… is the magic word for me. We knew we had huge volume from surface. Now we know it is top quality and “sponge” sells at around £6,000 usd per tone. Three times the spot price of oxide. (Please correct me if i am wrong with these). Sponge is in high demand for making metal products - and the world needs more Sponge from stable friendly countries.

And who doesn’t like an Australian.?

I have been a GRG shareholder for around 6 years.

I blame the recent drop squarely on Rachel Reeves and her National Insurance, minimum wage and NI Threshold robbery.

The unexpected cost to businesses with high staff levels is massive and for GRG (if i recall correctly) millions of pounds. Without warning.

But ……… i don’t think it was “The City” concerned about slower growth due to lack of new store locations / over saturation. I keep reading this as the reason for the drop - but i honestly think this is just lazy journalism.

Take a look at Pret a Manger (a coffee shop I have only been in twice). They offer coffee and a fridge with sandwiches and cake - one of many offerings this kind of stuff. Nothing special other than a fancy French sounding name.

Pret have 479 shops in England with 291 shops in London.

Greggs has 2,500 shops in the UK ………. and only ……… 42 in London.

Greggs also has 42 shops in my home city of Glasgow …….. ! Pret only have 6

If sunny Glasgow can support 42 Greggs - how many more could London support?

Moving “south” and into London + strategic focus on transport hubs and Motorway Service stations was why i got into GRG.

I see huge potential to grow in London alone. If Pret can survive with 61% of their stores in London - GReggs on the same percentage could have 1,525 London shops.

Greggs is a cash rich dynamic company always trying new products, hours, delivery methods with strong dividends - and they treat their staff well with bonuses - despite Rachel from accounts stealing from the till.

I am sticking with GRG for the long term and will keep adding as i have over 6 years.

Yet again EEE is reported (by Google) as ending down with a final bid price of 11.10,

My shares were up all day - looking very healthy only to drop into negative territory in the final hours.

Good to see that the UT was 12.25p for 50,.000 shares for second highest trade of the day (or highest if we ignore the 60 shares traded at 12.40p earlier).

Some day soon - this share will be allowed to fly. (IMHO)

we have no idea what he said or about whom he said it about.

But we see your replies - and we don’t want to have to filter you.

EEE is one of only a handful of shares that has been doing well since the “Tangerine Toddler” was unleashed on the world.

If we all ignore the personal stuff - maybe we would attract some decent commentators / new faces.

Just my thoughts - feel free to ignore me.

Oooooooh err misses - that's a big one.

Nice to see 2 big delayed trades popping up.

Yesterday at 16:38 1.9m shares at 9.71 for £184,490

Today at 09:42 1m shares at 9.65 for £96,500

Both marked as "unknown" when posted although they must have been buys based on price at the time .

Nice to see such confidence at just under 10p and bodes well for when the next news is released.

Perhaps from a base of 10p EEE can rise (and hold) rather than spike to 12p and fall back to 9p

The "coiled spring" of great news must be approaching breaking point ........................ unless it is made of Titanium.
