The EGM vote was passed with an overwhelming 89% win. The ultimate piece in the jigsaw is to get strategic funding in place. You can see the clear recovery play slotting into place. For a beaten-down £0.5m marcap, the upside reward here is enormous 👍

Sad to see ITV get taken out. Mismanaged the shift from linear to streaming TV in the 2010s, talked down by the decaying London stockmarket scene in the 2020s, and now at risk of being bought out from abroad and asset-stripped to oblivion by the 2030s. Sad to watch.

Nobody else has it. Colossal Biosciences of the US has reborn an ancient dire wolf -- and just raised cash at a $10b valuation. Good funding in place, to drive commercialisation of BSFA's T-Rex leather roadmap in H2 2025, as outlined in the RNS. For comparison, Colossal Biosciences in the US recently got fresh funding, at a $10b positive valuation. This was well received by US investors. UK investors really need to *grow up*, and stop seeing funding as "bad". Think like US investors --who are much more successful, and much richer -- who treat funding as a good sign.

More cash = more investment = more future growth.

T-Rex was a top-of-the-chain dinosaur, so its leather is almost certainly going to be highly durable, perfect for luxury goods, accessories, watches, clothes, sports kit, sofas, cars etc. that need to last years, decades or generations. Of course, you can add softeners for softer leather, or tougheners for tougher leather. You can colourize it. And you can grow different thickness or thinness -- thicker leather for (say) an armchair, or thinner leather for a wallet. If I were head of Gucci materials or BMW interiors, I'd be all over this. It's a unique opportunity to differentiate products, deliver premium pricing, and turbocharge profit margins.

Yes, VML (part of WPP) is the key here. Their relationships with the fashion houses, carmakers etc. will open up doors beyond BSFA's wildest dreams. Think of a £5k Louis Vuitton suitcase stitched with T-Rex dinosaur leather, a £50k Breitling wristwatch with a T-Rex dinosaur strap, a £100k Elon Musk Tesla with T-Rex seats, a £500k Lambo Revuelto lined with a T-Rex leather steering wheel. Think of Alcantara (Italy), which makes £200m from selling a bit of suede to some car companies.

A 10-25% tariff brings no more than 1% retail inflation at the end of the supply chain. The facts are clear. Tariffs are nowhere near as inflationary as people think. Don't swallow the relentless hard-left propaganda. Every country in the world uses tariffs. Trump is working hard to bring them down.

And don't forget -- Trump used counter-tariffs to lower China's relative "tariff gap" with the US by -40% in 2018-2019. He utterly changed the whole world's attitude to communist China -- foreign direct investment (FDI) there has since collapsed by -99%. Trump's goal now is to 2025 is to get China's tariff gap down to 0% or near 0%. The world deserves fair trade, and Trump is the only man who can do it.

Rebalance trade, cut debt, reshore hollowed-out industry. That's exactly what the West needs. Before it's too late.

You've pretty much answered the question. A 10-25% tariff leads at worst to less than 1% retail inflation. Around 90-95% of the headline tariff numbers are not flowing thru to the end-consumer. In other words, the hysteria around tariffs is way overdone. Powell really needs to start cutting rates again. US inflation is not a problem. This is the high watermark for tariffs -- they can only go lower from this point.
