PSN has dipped recently because the weak FTSE has dragged it down, the end of Help To Buy is in sight, houseprice growth is stagnant, and mortgage rates for consumers are broadly trending back up.
The sunset of HTB is the biggie. That scheme basically hands PSN loads of free money. If / when it ends (circa 2020), it will be hard to replace. Could prove a real longterm drag on the shareprice.
