CEO booted out, as predicted.

A ~£14m marcap for something with ~£3m revenues...

First Point Group (FPG), who now own ~25% of NAK, don't mess about. They have been voted Best International Recruitment Agency, Sunday Times International Track 200, and ranked in the Recruiter Fast 50 List.

Their buying-in at ~1p effectively puts a floor under the share price. The FPG execs will want a say in how NAK is run and start whipping it into shape.

Here is a recent Forbes profile of the FPG founder. Mr Taylor has recently completed a non-executive director role at a recruitment company, which led to a “successful exit” for its owners.

Looks like this is rising in sympathy today with NAK.

Only 2 trading days until the 48p dividend is paid.

If First Point RTOs into NAK, it will give the combined group a roughly £35-40m turnover. Today's marcap for NAK is ~£1m.

Looks like somebody / something today bought / sold 20-25% of the entire company. Will probably mean an RNS is on the way.

The company was just 3 hours away from going bankrupt, so PIs are lucky to have any shares left at all.

The company has royally screwed over PIs for the upcoming placing. They have given all the cheap new shares to funds and banks. One of the perils of AIM -- you little people don't count.

If this tumbles to 20-50p on opening, it will be worth a punt.
