Same here, I sold half my holding but have 2,500 shares effectively foc, have been at a massive loss at time s here so thought I would take some profit here.
Bought more ENET which has a nice rise today, but massive upside.

Six months ago they might have been able to do a 5g but kept hold of the shares, if enet wanted them as supportive holders. Having thought of this I think any open market concerted buying of a dallo amount in a short period would be difficult and really push the price up.
When you look at the amount of money being sprayed about by listed US tech on some really mediocre companies (I have worked in listed US tech virtually all my career) on a quarterly basis a small stake is a small percentage of what the ceo pays in a year on private jets. The amount of people in m&a in a listed US tech companies is incredible.

Dallo, fully agree. The ip in the tarana deal in itself backs the current share price.
Amazed we have not had a US company, or a US private equity (even though is post ipo) taking a strategic stake of the level you are at ! (And they don't have a mrs dallo asking what the hell are you investing in this for)

For those of you who have subscription a couple of articles today caught my attention.
1. In times 2 an article on but health being the medicine of the future, doesn't mention opti but shows this is getting attention after scientific scrutiny and isn't just crackpot mumbo jumbo.
2. On the sbtx side the amount sanofi are paying for a psosarasis medicacation, I think still in trials, shows the £££££ in this market.

Really surprised 2020 results aren't out - no complicated group structure, small transactions for what should be an easy audit and rubber stamp. I suppose the actual published annual report does.contain a lot of forward messaging, as well as More time for post close events.

As we already know great results last year, a real change of years and a great base to work from.
Disappointed no real update for q1 21.

OPTI worth about £20m, wish I had some spare cash here. Now seems completely uncorrelated to the SBTX share price.

I have a 50:50 split as it stands, only owing OPTI

Monty, we could do with the full and final numbers for 2020 first which are still up in the air and incomplete!

I would hope ENET sub contract manufacture to one of the big beasts, absolutely no need to keep this in house and divert management attention. Still involves cost but doesn't eat up working capital as much.

Different beasts, sbtx possibly has more risk, more reward. I haven't bought into stbx as I see I have good exposure through opti.

Trading, agree very niche and off the radar, broker reports at this level are pretty poor.
I am an investor in MINI which holds ENET, two of their largest holdings are israeli KAPE and MWE, as as one of their larger shareholders thought they might have regular investor calls etc and dip in - I don't think they applied for additional shares in the funding round.
Agree a ST write up, not that I am a fan, would make this fly.

Have always seen the potential, and like yourself invest in people and saw what David had achieved in the past but still saw the risk. As I say was happy to see what the share price was year by year without getting ahead of myself, but coming round to your estimates.
What has changed for me recently, apart from the going concern issue, is simply volume across multiple opportunities.

Uhlf, strange this is still at £16m. I thought it would go up to c 35p on the news as, as many have pointed out, this puts the going concern issue to bed or as a minimum completely change s this risk.
With the great conversation here and looking into Tarana amazed this has not gone to 40-50p, but this has allowed time to move more shares to my IS A and make top ups.
Always been a little dismissive of Tracy's wilder price expectations As I was happy to take this year by year. But I can see what the market cap would be at profit of £10m, £20m, £30m as this level of profits would not need that much revenue with a high margin products.
Amazed we have not seen some more action from institutions here, surely if their analysts understood the potential they would start building a position, £160k gets you 1% here!

I have always hoped the same, expecting to close or have something(s) significant in order to include it in an update - which is later than prior years.
Nice it's kept low for now to bed and isa, and add a few more as well.
Looking forward to a nice news flow this year. Even with this I am unsure whether the market will value ENET or whether it will just go under the radar until it starts throwing off profit and cash.

Bit of a none news rns as this must replaces existing arrangements.
Hopefully results will have a q1 orders update and an expectation for the full year on ebitda profitability and real profitability. After a storming o October / November and a relatively slower December looking forward to an update.
There does seem to have been some concerted buying like an institutional investor is building up a small stake, or increasing an existing one.

With the UK opening up this is all good for distil.
Would like to see the trove vodka packaging, and which supermarkets are stocking it.
After a few years now in the money but will stick with this one.

Sergi, couldn't agree more on valuation at liquidation values.
The difference between valuation based on liquidation and on a range of discounted cash flows is massive, at the moment this is factored 95% on the former.
Deals therefore need to be assessed from a cash perspective as well as more strategically.
An rns with an order which effectively clears doubt on cash in the short / medium term "should" have a massive impact on an efficient market, irrespective of its strategic importance.
Looking forward to this time so that downside is minimal / non existent from where we are.
