There really does need a two or three year maniacal focus on costs and cash, at the moment this is just trundling along with the senior guys appearing to be very, very happy with where the company is.
The board really need to state this performance is unacceptable.

It's nice to get to a 10-20% profit level so you can just relax a bit and not worry about the day to day action. All the 5 -10 regular contributors here are long term holders facing really, really large losses both on a % and absolute level - it is your money so I will not provide advice but I have faith in the ENET team.

Greg, correct - despite saying I wouldn't had another nibble Friday morning just to make it a nice round 225k in my sipp. It is getting hard selling other shares to fund, but top sliced arix which has had a good run, enet just too cheap to resist even if I take this buy as a short term trade as already in profit (which I probably wont).
As a long term investor It's strange that I trade on these short term movements, I think we will hopefully look back at the end of the year and think anything under a quid is an absolute steal.
The product / patent rns s are always quite non descript from enet, primarily technical but without a real understanding of the potential market size or even the need / return on investment for customers - but in the end the value tends to reveal itself.
Anyway hoping for a run up to 60p so marcal can relax on a bit of profit cushion like most of the holders here as it is nice to see new holders joining every couple of months, any order or business related rns will see this move up pretty quickly.

By the way, if they have resumed delivery, install and cash on the contracts where they have provided, they MUST provide an rns as a significant event which would have an impact on the share price... So assume I am wrong or the cfo doesn't understand the aim rules.

It's a good question, why are you holding, where are you expecting the company to go in the next two years?
You don't need to tell us every day of the cost to companies of cyber attacks, and the opportunity this presents to cyber companies -but acuity really is a small player which drum own 20% off, any profit hardly pays the board fees.

Sergi, day to day is noise. With your wider market and product knowledge you are aware of the opportunity.
What we mustn't forget is that with a c 25m share price, or even if it rises to 100m in market terms ENET really is a s####y little company - although one we have a large financial interest in its success.

Proactive interviews are very scripted, no detailed incisive questioning from the fox news type interviewers.
If you have been a longer term holder we have had these types of interviews quarter after quarter after quarter going back years, backed by a lack of execution, profit and cash.
Shareholders and the market have been burnt into the past, the share price will increase on delivery rather than positive words.
I did see the potential of the reversal of the AROC provisions i) deliveries and installs back on track ii) cash ahead of revenue (aroc release is cash positive but revenue neutral) so hopefully good news in the offing.
Still holding hoping for better times ahead, the time is now for delivery and execution.

Remember it is a really really small company that owns 20% of a really really small cyber company, which appears to be doing well against a small base. Acuity really is a minnow but does appear to be expanding well.
Unless it is able to execute on its strategy (dispose of the residential stake) and start building a portfolio of tech companies at a reasonable price, agree I cannot see the point of it apart from paying directors a nice retainer.

At the moment there are tens of thousands of people being tested weekly in the uk to build up a data bank of information, at great expense.
I think this is where detection will come in if they are in public places such as airports, train stations etc - rather than in shops, football grounds as a means to entry. This will enable an immediate data set of information including new strains.

Then two big factors.
1. Can kromek produce it with the degree of accuracy required.
2. Do kromek have the marketing, financial.and commercial nous to make money out of it.

Larus, sharebuyers is hardly the height of financial insight, as can be seen with the level of questions.
Even though stuff like proactive investors is pretty staged as least it is open and well publicised to all shareholders.
All I am asking is for consistent communication DIRECT from opti. If there is no news don't manufacture interest, have a set timetable of releases so shareholders know when there will be a standard update and it's standard format.

I have said it before, the companies use of select private investors to disseminate sound bites and tit bits information is exceedingly unprofessional. Jesus, we don't even know last year's numbers with a degree of accuracy.
Whatever the business performance this is a real red flag on the integrity of the board and SOH individually. So much so I am now considering selling my holding irrespective of what I believe the company is capable of over the medium / long term.

Really hoping for a December style update which pulls all of these developments into a nice 2/3/4 pager. As well as showing the development of everything they mentioned in december, I am sure they must have further opportunities and pipeline we are not aware of.
Anyway, little of it built into the share price. Looking forward to a regular drip of rns through the remainder of the year with a nice steady share price rise, with the occasional 20% + day.

Although they appear to have good product s and services in growing markets they have failed so far, reflected in the current share price due to very poor commercial and financial management. They always seem well positioned and then don't execute.

A little similar to yourself as a long term holder who believes in the medium / long term performance. I do understand the time taken from developing an opportunity through to it producing a nice quarter on quarter high margin revenue contribution.

I do welcome elricos notes, but realises this merely fills a gap of consistent and accurate IR output from SOH. I am also cautious on elricos notes as he has a good product and market understanding but some real basic gaps in finance.
As a mean and skinny team I don't expect an all singing all dancing investor relations. Just accurate and timely updates directly without using selective investors.

After what seems like a long time now back to breakeven on my 10k shares. It does show the benefit of just sticking in their sometimes, especially where the valuation is below asset value.
Now looking to have the share price based on forward possibilities rather than the balance sheet.
