As well as partners it's also the private equity partners and infrastructure that is really interesting here.

Not usually a great fan of house broker reports but this one is balanced and relatively detailed, great for anyone looking into the stock for the first time. Nice to see some numbers for '21 which seem to be conservative. Really does focus on opti, with stbx not really mentioned that much as a driver of the stock.
I think this underlines 50p being the real base price here, so very happy to hold and wait for the annual report and final numbers for '20.

Have always seen opti products as those for the middle classes who are trimming down for their holiday rather than mass market. This in itself is not a niche market, and is where high margins can be maintained.
Where govn can have an immediate impact is on a differential tax system on food products, and in setting good standards. Johnson is very hands off in interfering in the market, despite his his clear personal obesity and lack of food control which nearly killed him.
Expect this to be like "we will build 200 k starter homes" type announcement, all spin.

These really are decent size orders, nice dependable recurring revenue too.

Agree to some extent, as a small company you do have to play your cards in front of you operationally / tactically. With such a small headcount and non dedicated ir person it is difficult to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
Agree shareholder comms is a problem. As an example I would have liked a couple of words on the sale of sbtx shares, it's not that I agree / disagree with the decision. I am grateful to elrico for his regular posts and updates, but a CEO should not use one private shareholder as the communication route to shareholders.

Still a considerable holder, I believe considerable value in the company especially if you compare the share price now vs 2/3 years ago compared to where they are. I would like to understand the materiality of the royalties to really understand 2020.

Probably best to listen to the S O H investor update as it was a question from one of the investors. Still on the cards but not in the foreseeable future is now I took it, I think about 24 months when the revenues, profits and cash from the main business are self supporting.

I think thats the issue. So many spac like companies on the market with IT investments with expensive boards and advisors of teenagers, and with about 1% of enets opportunity and IP, all charging up leader boards on little substance.
Keeping patient here, but 21 has to be the year of real action.

There is a hell of a lot of money chasing private software companies at the moment, the firepower of advt as just one example.
Expect the increase shareholding in acuity, other than that I hope they do not overpay and spray money about on unproven products and markets.

I think we have two types of buyers here. Ones who saw a rise 4-6 months ago to trade the stock and are probably bored by it now, and are certainly not adding. A lot of the people on this board who have been adding over a period of time and where this makes up a overly large proportion of their portfolio considering how small it is, they / we are just sitting on our hands of willing to take added risk.
I think Tracy's view three weeks ago that there would certainly be imminent RNSs which have yet to come may have spooked a few people when this haven't arrived on queue.

Lets keep this in perspective.
It's a microcap, it's a fall on b###er all trades, it's one day.
