It's great that there are opposing views - especially those like yourself who understand the grey areas and the range of potential outcomes for the company. I do think of all the stocks I own this is the hardest one to judge.
I do think prom did a "piers morgan" sulking off on a couple of facts, I didn't see anything in the prior posts that was inappropriate. If you hold the office and benefit of a CEO, you really do need to be subject to reasonable question and scrutiny on what you have said you will do and then what you have done.

I have no direct shareholding in sbtx. I would have invested at c 60p but didn't have funds, I have 130k shares in opti.

Posts in the last week need a sense of proportion, if you invest in sbtx you should expect volatility. If you believe in the commercial opportunity and the board's ability to execute the short term price movements are completely irrelevant.

The key kpi for stbx is the renewal rate, for me this is 90% of what I would be waiting for.

Dallo, can you provide your usual knowledgeable commentary from the EGM, don't know whether this is a pure rubber stamp or allows anything more especially if they have an RNS beforehand.
More important maybe the BOD general demeanour, what dl said in the proactive was to me less important than his confidence and cheeky smile.

As a holder on MINI I first got into ENET looking at their top holdings, I do keep an eye out on their monthly fact sheet to see whether it was this investment trust buying but outside the top ten for now.
I think like you are now very relaxed holding such a chunk of my wealth in ENET, my holding now in the bottom drawer and forgotten about as a buy / sell share.

Absolutely correct in the 5p to 50p price range, could go either way which in itself isn't a great vote of confidence in the BOD.

The only reason I can see is year end window dressing wanting to show more of a return, with a long time to convert might as well just hold cash.
As they are not tradable I am unsure whether an institution are able to value them at the profit element at Dec 31st??
I am certainly going to hold off until I have to exercise.

Not exactly hard, my email 10 Sep said either SIS or THG (not a subscriber but from your note on the CEO assume you believe it is them). Cannot be SIS as their revenues where this product would be used are not high enough, but would be good to get them on board as well at some time.

End of year mode is not a wind down to the new year, it is usually the most frantic time of the year in tech including in the US. I think a lot of objectives will be to tie agreements down this year ready for next year.
I'm still expecting significant contract news as well as more rounded strategic update news, setting up 22 as the key year in the transformation of the financial performance.

There is a massive difference between running a f t 250 company and an AIM company, this is run as an AIM company with all the inherent risks which I believe are still priced in well in excess of logic.
One of the reasons I have bought in to such a large extent is what D L has achieved in the past - namely ability to spot a large market before it exists and then execute, ability to operate on a worldwide scale with minimal cost base, development and protection of high margin world leading I P, and finally when scale is achieved the ability to attract a premium price in a takeover.

Paul Hill is paid to bang the table on kmks behalf, he is really on the lowest rung in terms of the analysts community.
Simon Thompson. He has shown he does not question what the CEO says or provide any further analysis. I remember his arrogant regurgitating the company line that " what you stupid lot don't understand is that aroc will be reversed shortly", that was 2/3 years ago.
We don't really know what their current performance is, the market is assuming they will #### up as they always do but as you say this is built into the share price.

As most on the board seem to be long term holders the daily churn on a small stock shouldn't be a concern.
As others though really looking forward to when we are in a "steady state" where we do not have a large funder where we are unsure about their intentions even if they are short term, as uhlf tired that this is naturally the main talking point with no business news.
Hopefully in six months this will be a footnote, and in my timescale of at least a further three years out of memory if we are where we believe this is pointing to.

£33m mc with a decent amount of cash, tarana alone justifies this, down at bonkers territory again.

If 5g are tarana related and such asute people would have thought they would hold onto a holding which, due to the buying and selling, would be effectively at zero cost. Imagine sitting on 2-3% of enet which you haven't paid for, stuff of dreams ?

I think you could tell more about where ENET is on the proactive call not from what dl said but his general demeanour.

I probably have a different view on covid detectors.
I don't see them as a yes no entry system but as a means to provide analytics - a smaller number of units at airports / shopping centres / mobile ones at sporting events.
Kromek should be looking at service wraps, in the UK selling Product and on going service to someone such as serco (with their key links to tories) who then provide a service - or perhaps someone on a ministers whatsapp group to avoid lengthy competitive tendering. I think it's still the engineers mentality to want to control.

If anyone is tuning into the meeting of they could send out not just notes but the general vibe.
Would be great to have a general update or any absolute contract news next week, not too bothered as the company does seem to be on the right medium / long term operational and strategic direction but it would be nice to have our expectations confirmed.

A few or one big multi news rns really must have been penned ready for release, as usual a little patience with enet.
Really do need an investor meet late Jan after un audited results for the BOD to explain their insight into what they are seeing in the market and how this impacts enet. Although I am not a fan of proactive interviews due to very scripted content and fox news style presentation, the last one was important for body language and confidence - and showing dl as a decent communicator.
Hoping to be able to buy warrants without selling enet shares to fund, even with a rise late in 21 I think sitting back in 22 (without 5g, fund raises) will prove very rewarding.
