I think you are mixing up what investors perceive to be ENET forecasts with what investors perceive to be ENETs perceived lack of knowledge on what's happening.
It is in both ENETs and taranas interests to share pipeline details - understanding contractual baselines, timing and probability of opportunities. It may even be a contractual requirement as part of a reporting / forecasting clause. I just cannot see tarana keeping enet in the dark, with enets first knowledge when they get a purchase order.
What is clear from my first paragraph is, as ENET becomes a more mature company, is for the BOD to be more open with investor comms across every facet of the company (strategy, tech, product, gtm, financials etc) so we understand th detail / basis of expectations and forecasts.
