Nice to see an early close to orders rather than later december.
Despite cyber being "hot", cns seemed to have slipped from view for some reason. A good analyst write up would help.

An incredibly short term perspective and without the benefit of any commentary from soh, where agree he does need to add the detail.
For sbtx in the medium / long term this will have zero impact on the share price performance - it really is a small proportion of the share cap, entirely dependent on how the market perceives their execution and prospects.
For opti time will tell, soh thinks he can put the money to better use, let's see.

Firstly from an accounting perspective the last sentence on trading profit is Misleading and incorrect, really surprised this wording was approved.
Hopefully a transformative deal coming shortly as the subtle pointers have been insinuating, I hope this is not for general working capital purposes.

I have held purely based on the new chairman giving the management team a real kick up the ####.
I am worried that he was in position and approved the frankly amazing repricing, extension and new options given to the departing CFO who was completely incompetent.
I think they will hit their numbers as these were set with an incredibly low bar.
The share price has been dependent on the flag waving from Simon Thompson, he cannot go another reporting round supporting the company with poor results as he already looks like he hasn't a clue.

Hopefully this is not just a holdings rns, but there is further real detail on why it is needed.
Would be nice, if this is the case, for a distribution to shareholders of the remaining sbtx shares - unsure whether they would do this due to promises on keeping a stable market.
However it is now time for "step up" type news after a year or so of little news, where they were clearly working in the background, for something to come to fruition.

You really need to read the accounts including all of the notes not the website - you will realise this is not an impressive management team but could be a decent company.

Decent half year numbers, positive forward view and a professional investor meet.
Would be nice to have a few orders RNSs to break the monotony between half years reporting.

I really would wait at least 12 months before committing, so not buy on orders but see how this plays out in the p&l (provided there is no more dodgy accounting).

Had a look at torchlight, a decent size outfit who are clearly looking for a return from their investment.
I'm the absence of a sale would be nice to have a divi to cover plc costs, and hopefully add to the coffers for acqs.
Would add a.little if I had some spare cash, a risky but a decent bet.

Like all the board I have really appreciated Tracys insight and knowledge on the tech side of the business, widening my knowledge in areas I am weaker and developing a great eco system of investors who all provide slightly differing views and expertise.
Disappointed both in the nature of Tracy's condescending response and again, the lack of understanding of "how things work".
It would be very, very easy to respond in a similar condescending and personal manner, but as with Dallo I'll take a step back for now.

You really need to recognise the specialist skills and knowledge of others on the board, especially those who have worked in the more boring corporate world than a more free flowing entrepreneurial environment where controls, process and reporting are less important.
Because it is a simple supply agreement with enet having zero end user interaction means this is even more important for ENET to understand. I guarantee there will be regular review meetings (either formal or informal) giving ENET a view of forward expectations.

I understand 100%, I have worked 30 years in emea commercial finance and sales operations in US tech.
What you are stating means you believe ENET do not have even the most basic control systems, processes and reporting in place to manage their business. I would disagree.

We are not talking about formal external reporting here from either party.
We are talking about the formal / informal communications from what is a very strong , mutually beneficial relationship between two management teams developed over a number of years.
Will be interesting to see listing documents if tarana decide to ipo.

I think you are mixing up what investors perceive to be ENET forecasts with what investors perceive to be ENETs perceived lack of knowledge on what's happening.

It is in both ENETs and taranas interests to share pipeline details - understanding contractual baselines, timing and probability of opportunities. It may even be a contractual requirement as part of a reporting / forecasting clause. I just cannot see tarana keeping enet in the dark, with enets first knowledge when they get a purchase order.

What is clear from my first paragraph is, as ENET becomes a more mature company, is for the BOD to be more open with investor comms across every facet of the company (strategy, tech, product, gtm, financials etc) so we understand th detail / basis of expectations and forecasts.

Let's not forget infrastructure deal just passed. $65 bn for high speed internet.

A high recurring royalty is incredibly significant due to value the market attached to such revenue streams.
I thought at £20-25m market cap not long ago Tarana covered this on its own. Think I may have been too conservative.
It is important that the company explains how the new strategy converts into financial expectations, especially the mix of revenue streams.

Yes, two of our friends were in a similar situation. One had a visit from Frank Lampard and another Jonny Wilkinson - not a quick hello but two hours plus of conversation and concern.

Most of the hot money outside crypto follows small pharma and dodgy oil/minerals operating in some unsavoury regimes rather than tech. The maturity of discussion on this board and even advfn (which is usually populated by wet behind the ears teenagers) does show a different make up of longer term thinkers.
I believe most holders have started small but have gradually built large holdings with buys as they see the rnss and the risk dissipate and the potential reward increase.
One area where shareholders are still in the dark is the potential for high margin recurring support / service revenues which are highly valued - more detail here would be welcome.
The "quality" of customers ENET will hopefully secure will count for a lot, especially the brand names known in the UK (vod, dell, bt).
Also a lot of the tech companies on AIM are very UK focused, few have the ability to operate at volume at a global scale. I also think being Israeli may be a help rather than a hindrance with institutions such as miton realising this is a hotbed of tech.

I have always been very unhappy with the secrecy on the delaware po box 5g, but realise the company the company would have been sold for ip at a knock down price otherwise.
If it is tarana or their related parties they have made millions out of this, and effectively with zero risk knowing that their knowledge of their business supports enet in the short / medium / long term with the then c £25m market cap.
