They haven't just kept their heads down, there has been Very basic strategic and operational errors year after year.
On top of this we have major, major issues with BOD ethics and integrity.
Kmk would be in major cash difficulty if it hasn't been for the unquestioning uncritical support of ST and his cult like followers.

Interesting cenkos still have 2.2 for the current year.
Looking forward to an update on this with actuals, as well as current year f/cast which I would assume would be North of 3.5m without major transformative deals.

To me it comes back to my point a few days ago about what the company sees as RNSable.
Although welcome in itself, clearly if this is RNSable they have nothing more tangible / concrete to communicate at this present time.
As a long termer like myself patience will hopefully be rewarded but time is slipping by qtr by qtr.

L3 I am of a similar opinion here as there needed to be a massive organisation and culture shift in the company to be more commercially and financially focused. Basu simply doesn’t cut it here, and to be frank I don’t think he understood or really cared.
My hope was the new chair and cfo (even a pq aat would have been better than the last muppet) would drive this. I couldn’t see much difference at the half year and no major surprises, but these always come out with the small print in the notes in the annual report.
I’m still hanging on for the full year. For all those talking about the 96% coverage, this purely means of what they have in the forecast 96% is contracted BUT this can still slip out of the year with delays either with kmk or outside their control.

Noticed your second point as well, this is very important from an accounting perspective.
An MOU with no minimum value and call off orders does not allow you to contract account on the total forecast deal value. A contracted value does.
With the company history on "dodgy" contract accounting Basu really does need to get his ducks in a row and his CFO / chair needs to give him a kick up the backside on this.
Really, really disappointed to see he continues to provide 10x more information to ST on private calls than shareholders on rnss, seems a strange symbiotic relationship.
Despite everything I still think / hope you're right on risk / reward.

ST has written this or something similar about 10 times now, as the interview with basu was. If I remember ST recommended this at around 30p so he's not exactly mystic meg seeing this back to where it might be.he
Amazed the relationship between the two, doesn't ST ask why the hell basu makes him look stupid and hasn't done the things he said he would do last time?
Still holding but haven't and won't pretend I've a clue where this is going, the best route would be a takeover with a target looking at the value they could extract with even a mediocre team.

I've read the AIM rules on what should be RNSed but having never worked at this level see that this is still open to much interpretation based on the personality of the CEO / CFO - I still haven't a clue whether the RNS in Sept on the uep -20 needed a follow up to say the kit was actually ordered ?

The fact that there is such a reliance on an ST write up rather than real business performance sums up kmk. Hopefully we won't continue the downward shark tooth 5 year share price following and ST write up followed by failure to deliver.
Still don't know whether 15p represents the bargain of the year, or just followed by more cash raises and downward shareprice.
However I still have zero trust in the board and the ceo.
If anyone has the ST wording please send across, could do with a laugh.

With the current number of trades / market cap I think the share price drifts in the wind irrespective of the macro 5g specific news or any general market moves, nasdaq moves etc.
ENET still treated as it should be as a tiny AIM stock, I think any potential investor will see the revenue / earnings warnings and May not do a lot more investigation which is fair considering the number of aim stocks out there and how many of them are just fluff.
Interesting post on the dark side at advfn from our old mucker TL on what constitutes RNSable news, I do see ENET as pretty conservative in their releases. As well as anything released hopefully in Jan there is a tonne of stuff they have worked on for 2 years (as tarana) which is just coming to fruition through 22.

One bright spot, the way this is going the 2m share options given to the complete failure Bulmer may be worth very little.

Larus, I'm a fan here but we need to stick to facts.
This is not a medical trial in the sense most people would see it similar to a multi million £ drug test through various phases of development.
I'm not in the industry so don't know how the medical "establishment" view these studies, and then what the next step is to get these either prescribed or bought - any thoughts from investors better qualified than myself (basically all of you) very welcome.

On cash / working capital
- 7.3m of inventory vs 2.5m cost of sale, so on current run rate about 18 months of inventory.
- 7.2m debtors vs 4.7m revenue, so debts of about 9 months
- 0.1m provision release vs 13.1 total provision

Ebitda is just one metric and in some cases a flawed one, need to take into account 42m of intangibles.

Massive market just in the UK let alone WW. Just how little opti can get a look in vs pharma with billions on marketing, reps, political donations etc.

However it must be asked about big pharmas grip and contacts here - surely the cost / benefit here Makes this a no brainer. The ex cabinet member should provide an understanding of internal process, approval, presentation etc - thought that was what the options are for?

As with ST always good to read what they have said a couple of years ago.
Read the "£21m to fund unprecedented demand" from Feb 19 which states "the only slight headache going forward, being able to simply make enough of these innovative products to meet requirements".

As you say solid and pretty much as I thought, not sure how the market will react as I probably have lower expectations than many. Real need to show how they can get to £20-25m to stop swallowing cash.
Main takeaway is what isn't there, virtually silent on covid detectors so clearly no pipeline near to contract.

Jolly. As always time will tell, seems to have a good background. Last rns did underline good control and focus of opex.
Key piece of information here is that the apppointment is in the US, clear focus on such a massive market especially with the juniper partnership.
Looking forward to the full year update, although cns doesn’t like to split its business out between renewals and net new hopefully they will provide an arr number.

I think it may just be holding statements, progress being made but nothing set to paper which will have no impact on the shareprice. Hope there is more substance so I can get up To my buy price from a few years ago.

On additional cash, remember they still have a fortune due from the dodgy accounting and contracts, let's hope for movement here to help working capital but the longer it lasts the more it looks permanent.

Very interesting listening to ST on the investors chronicle podcast this week. Apart from being deeply in love with himself he outlined his investing guidelines, with what he said I can't see what he has seen in kromek against this criteria after the repeated missteps.

As an aside, due to the time taken from the close period and the issuing of the annual / interim report any issues in collecting debts should be reported in post period events.
