As someone who works in tech FP&A I do have some sympathy here.
- There are a lot of binary decisions
- A lot of reliance on partners and customers "getting on with it" like tarana seems to be doing, rather than signing and waiting around
- Even if ENET have their purchasing / operations well controlled, shortages elsewhere in the total solution may result in delays
- With what is hopefully "exponential" orders / revenue the start date is key to the level on a few quarters time and a particular full year
Hopefully as they build a portfolio of extensions, new contracts, on going support revenues, cash / revenue up front on design wins forecasting becomes much easier.
However if they state they guarantee they will hit objectives in 22 and 23 these need to be hard $ ones and not fluffy marketing stuff, and need to be communicated.

I think he added to the Tech conversation, but as always an investment decision needs to be owned.

Agree with greg, he is a distraction and will soon have a little hissy fit on advfn.
I bit my tongue at the time on his very direct insults to me, now see that a bloke with a part share in a couple of burger vans and back street hairdressers shouldn't comment on international corporate management.

In the last month he has stated as fact ENET have at least two multi million $ new orders, including the server DU which I believe would double the share price on its own - if correct would both be rnss.
Now these haven't materialised as yet he now says new deals are irrelevant for h1, it's follow on orders that count.
It's the absence of consistent IR and communication which allows this to continue.
As I've said before I believe tarana underpins the current t market cap 100%.

Always amazed at the cult following of ex IC and current IC writers amongst some as they tend to be wrong and right as much as a dartboard, in the short term they tend to be self fullfilling.
The worry then becomes that the CEO and IR strategy becomes embedded in a scribbler, whether they like it or not.

I have written to Mark, David and the chairman before after the cash raise and will write again - wasn't fantastically happy with the response.
The lack of an IR strategy prior to this year is a lack of an IR strategy, the lack of an IR strategy in 2022 is different as it represents a lack of news and progress to talk about in what should THE year.

Thanks. A lot of this justifies some pretty poor businesses without a market to show they can breakeven.
I have been surprised on the share price As we have the best of both worlds 1. Profitability showing the business is self sustaining now without discounted rights issues 2. Still really good levels of growth 3. Appears strong traction and renewals rate from customers 4. A balance sheet where they now appear to have excess cash.
Cyber still in the headlines, but cns never appears as one of the leading AIM stocks in any write ups despite 1-4 above.

Whilst I have confidence to say "total trust" is foolish. Confidence is based on the experience of the management team and what they have achieved before, an understanding of the proposition and a strategic understanding of the impressive orders they have won.
Yes, I do read everything and have my own spreadsheet modelling all the info. But they need to follow with hard $ orders so they show they are on track.
Do not agree with uhlf on broker, some spotty wet behind the ears twenty two year old doesn't really add anything to what the company can provide.
Key is enet telling us their RNS strategy is - what is it is not released (e.g. Value of follow on orders released), consistently timed investor meets, non investor technical zooms and c###s on blocks stating their 2022/3 targets which they state they are 100% certain of hitting.

Second paragraph of the recent update "ethernity will meet its growth plan objectives for 2022 and 2023".
A 100% unambiguous statement, but also 100% completely useless / meaningless without knowing what the plan actually is.
My view of the word exponential for enet is a 50% increase in orders quarter on quarter, every quarter for the next 4-8 quarters, and a 3-6 month start lag from this for revenue (with the unknown vagaries of on going revenue streams vs initial). Therefore numbers dependent on the start date, which hopefully will have been q421.

I still don't know how they work with partners to understand royalties expectations through the year through to finalisation, I remember even updates well after close still waiting for confirmation of royalties and whether they are that material anyway.

I think it's best to look at a range of potential revenue / profit streams over a period of time and a pe ratio of between 20-30 depending on growth prospects. Not worth comparing with nasdaq tech stocks.

IC have a fairly fixed readership so I would think 90% would have seen kmk before as a bargain share, and about 95% plus his write up a week or two ago with little movement.
Whatever he says to keep the share price up this needs to be backed by execution by the management team. Talk of a 40% rise is just magic mushroom thinking.
I do own another share ARIX which ST continually pumps, he now has zero impact on the share price.

I think you're more in the ballpark, I'm always pessimistic and like surprise on the upside.
Will be interesting to see the margin, profit / loss, cash on revenues above 2.5m - and then hopefully to see potential for 22 with a range of potential revenue just on existing revenue streams.

With arr increasing (including the annual value of the orders in q4) revenue is guaranteed to increase in 22, the variables being amount and timing of new orders in 22 and the renewal rate.
The juniper relationship really has delivered, massive kudos for the team getting this through 2/3 years ago.
As with a lot of AIM companies I think this may increase in news / updates and then slip back. Haven't a clue what the news would be to move cns to a 15-20p trading range in the short / medium term - I thought we already have this in spades.

A lot of inconsistency with TL, it's always well after the event when captain hindsight tells everyone he sold near the top at 60p when at the time he said he was waiting for news to take this to £1.
Understands tech market but hasn't much clue about how an international company even at enets current revenue operates, let alone when it has opportunity in the short term to get to a different run rate of $20-30m run rate in short order.

I was in BOOM for a long, long time when it was drifting here and there at times at substantial losses but stayed the course until the catalysts hit making 4x - main error was not to hold on or just top slice as I sold out at a half to two thirds of the current price. These funds are all now with ENET.
I believe ENET will be the same when it gets momentum which we have seen the start of with the value of orders increasing but we just need more of them more frequently, but will not make the mistake of selling early with ENET as the p&l impact of revenue scale will be incredible.

I have been following press and sure for sometime now, with a small recent investment in sure which I will build.

This change is simply incredible, how can you be so sloppy to get the basics wrong, who wrote it, who checked it - basic, basic stuff.

Short term I was hoping for a regular monthly trickle of rnss in the first half of the year supporting the share price well above 60p, irrespective of any nasdaq / aim decline. Not to be as yet but hopefully lined up to take us out of this malaise.

I think the general tech sell off is impacting cns, if you said you would have these numbers a year ago we would be 15-20p.

I am looking for a bit more than £2.2, hopefully up to £2.5 and a better understanding of margin / open and where the breakeven point is.

Fully believe in my investment, but one of the constants has been someone who has more in than me and take the ups and downs in his stride. Hopefully we'll meet up one day - chew the fat, share a beer and to understand who Mrs Dallo is - I imagine somewhere between Mrs Brown and barbarella?

As a longer term investor I had never really viewed ENET as a "traders" share as I thought a gradual weight of news would provide a steady increase over time, I had in the past added to a base holding with what I thought would be quick in and out but have never Actually sold always seeing the possibility of the medium term.
Now see that ENET under and over reacts with news / no news like any other AIM share, aided by a background of not having a clue what 5g are doing and a very conservative IR.
As I've said previously happy with my investment decision in what now looks to be an 7/8 year holding, but I have placed a lot of confidence in the enet team which I still believe is not misplaced as I am about 1.3% and a significant element of my hard earned capital.
I will ask David and Mark
1. An investor meet after the next rns 2021 numbers update, and a request that the happen at a half yearly basis.
2. A tech zoom from say Brian on products, this is not a numbers presentation but how their product strategy fits with how they see the market progressing.
3. An understanding of their rns strategy, when news become rnsable.
4. If they are in the UK a view to arrange a meet up with supportive shareholders, there must be 10-20 of us wanting to shake hands over a beer?
As usual ignore the daily / weekly up and down. I was hoping we would now be a news cycle with significant rnss every three to five weeks which would take us into a different trading range and exercising warrants territory, which I am still expecting in the short term with 3 or 4 rnss backing the transformational / exponential moniker.
