Uhlf, it's business from contacts last year that I'm looking for.
5 months now from the last contract rns, as I've said before I was hoping for a steady flow by now of completely new business to compliment progress on existing contracts giving a much broader portfolio rather than a reliance on a very narrow set of contracts. Must say disappointed this hasn't materialised.
As usual market cap backed by tarana, but need news outside of this to start the sp motoring to a decent level.

Haven't a clue where from is going, a small % of a small software company plus a share in a property reit even if they are decent investments doesn't scream strategy.
Need a decent amount of cash for investing, then competing with others for the investment. Surprised the chair hasn't got a little black book of opportunities?

Surprised elrico has left, and certainly at this level. Haven't read his blog as I don't think it's worth it, but have welcomed his input over the years and interviewa as lines of enquiry.
Assume he is still a holder in skin which he expects to double, as Belgrano states zero real downside risk in opti in that case. Also suggested a few months ago there was so much going on behind the scenes ? What's changed.
Despite being in the red at the moment not too worried, hope the contracts at the end of the year really ramp and news in other areas.

I know it's correct, but a pe ratio should really just be on base business rather than inclusive of increase in investments.
At the current level of I had some spare cash I would add here for the medium to long term but I have just parked everything for now - seems stupid worrying about money considering what some people are going through.

Should have sold after the accounting issues. As a qualified accountant need to be careful what I say - but the ex cfo should not have letters after his name, the accountants severely reprimanded for complete incompetence and all non execs resigning in shame and embarrassment. Was hoping the new chair / cfo would provide some, any, leadership in the absence of anything from the ceo.
The one thing I can't understand is ST doubling down, failing to own up that he has backed an incredibly poor management team.

As I said previously the two companies are just not comparable, shameful that kmk allowed their broker to publish such total rubbish.

Whatever the market opportunity, kmk and its ceo are least likely to execute.

Really weird. At a business meeting yesterday and redlen was mentioned on a ppt presentation from a scientific expert in the field, this was one small point in a myriad of things he was talking about.
A few conversations and research afterwards. Anyone thinking redlen and kmk are comparable companies which should be valued on a similar price revenue basis doesn’t understand either companies IP and positioning. Paul hill research about kindergarten level.

Plenty of decent CEO s at this level, they couldn't really afford a yank due to share options and don't need one. Always hoped someone from a company like Melrose would takeover.

Just ignore the covid detector, and the expected sales the world renowned analyst Paul Hill expected - even more of a joke than ST.
The base business alone should have this at a multiple of where it is, if it was a well managed company.

Should have quit here after the AROC debacle. As a qualified accountant of 30 years I still can't see how the treatment complied with any sort of accounting standards, for the Cfo then to be literally showered with gifts is deeply, deeply disturbing.
The only good news from a share price in the toilet means the cfo options might be worthless.

Perky, yes, it's unfortunate that such sad events and human misery have focused attention here.
Even without this I think there is so much in the background with other bad actors any company / organisation of a certain size will need ddos as part of the armoury.

I think we're now at the position where most simply see this as a traders share based on STs ramblings, a real real pity.
One of the many reasons I purchased in the first place was to be one of a few AIM shares to be held in a portfolio dominated by investment trusts as a bit of spice to be held for a c 5 year period.
Still holding for stupid psychological reasons, but a bad call with the CEO still in post and the new chair seeming not to have made a behavioural difference.
Still so much opportunity though.

My thoughts for what it's worth having read the ones below.
- Like others a little deflated with h2 despite the full year numbers, would have thought the portfolio of deals would provide more balanced growth from half year to half year.
- hoping that the New deals signed will add some much needed volume, let's hope the ramp is quick and high
- I do think SOH manages opex within the means he has and as he sees he can afford it within the growth levels. Some one off costs are not if you have a quick staff turnover.
- Decent amount of cash, would like to understand margin mix.
- As usual waiting for the big deal which takes this to a different level.
- Share price a bit marooned but I believe represents decent value.

DDOS certainly in the news the last couple of days, certainly looks like Russian news / tv don’t have corero installed.

Gb news, any decent company simply wouldn't be associated with his news outlet full of fruitcakes and swivel eyed loons.
The posts here are getting more and more desperate, clinging to everything and anything.

The problem is we don't really know what the fund raise is for - G&A opex, R&D opex, working capital for expected orders, and again each one across multiple products lines.
I was hoping that tarana would be the cash cow but margin cash clearly not yet offsetting working capital cash which I expect has a 4-6 month turn.
I believe this can't go any lower in the short term, with the exception of a general market downturn with nutjobs around the world, so another buy today.
As everyone has said a couple of pieces of news, hard $$$ news not fluffy stuff, will take this North of 50p.
Like Dallo my nuts are on the line, I've already had the snip twice (didn't work first time) and don't fancy the Mrs finishing the job.

Disciple, 500k shares is a lot to get rid of in a company such as AIM in a falling market !
I'm holding on, with volume always one of those shares that will be oversold / overbought, but another mail heading to ceo / ceo / chair on my expectations based on their communication. Chair does need to step up here, this is not a ceremonial role and is time for some a### kicking.
