That's some nice positive news for a change. If the DFS comes soon after I imagine the price will react well.

My concern would be that this will be used to revise the DFS and inevitably delay it further.

The point I was making wise is that your statement is completely false and that is still how the facts are.

There may or may not be an announcement about the DFS to detail the reasons for the ongoing delay. That's all it says.

50/50 chance of us given the delay reasons be end of April.

Zero chance of a DFS. The odds are higher (based off historical data) that next year there will be an announcement stating some other company will be designated to complete the DFS and those with shares in EMH will have them diluted to buy for it.

It's also worth pointing out that in their last message wise/fingers/robinhood/reversal23 has stated the RNS will be released before end of April.

THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE. Not even KC, the CEO of EMH who repeatedly says things that don't happen, EVER SAID THIS.

I find it odd that people are pointing out that KCs words and written documents from EMH are non committal when I point them out, but then point out future statements from the same people as being a sure thing. I really struggle to figure out how to communicate with such delusional minds

Then those on this board see how much BS comes from these announcements and form a realistic view of how risky it would be to invest here

It's interesting to see NikNak was able to figure out that a Feasibility Study takes 11.4 years average. That's for working that out niknak.

I wonder why the CEO of EMH told us he would do it in 4 years. Then 5 years. Then 6 years. Then 7 years. Then 8 years. Then 9 years. Then 10 years. Seems a bit incompetent if some random dude on a message board can figure out a mine timeline from a bit of googling.

Well if you're supposed to have one company finish a DFS for you by a specific date and that date comes and goes without any mention of it, then by definition it's failed to have happened. Then if a year later you announce a completely different company will be completing the DFS for you at the end of the year and it doesn't appear, then you've failed at your attempt to deliver a DFS. Which you then reaffirmed the failure of by failing to deliver it again the next quarter.

I believe you are asking me to provide information on things that KC has decided not to share with us. I can only point you to the information he has shared with us.

And here's another of KC in 2022 when that DFS should have arrived, not mentioning it at all and telling everyone he thought he'd have finance and offtakes sorted by the end of 2022.

The majority of what Skelly says doesn't even really make sense - a world class mining asset is expected to take 10 years... I honestly think soon your not gonna have anything to say.

Interesting. So we should be mining right now by that comment from Wise/fingers/robin/reversal. And we don't even have a DFS which he seems to be acknowledging isn't coming anytime soon like I've been trying to tell him.

10 years and counting of all these if's you're talking about. Lost count of all these mystical gigfactories that were gonna have offtakes. The SP could double before I would have a regret of selling until "IF" news appears. Plus, people buying shares on news (including myself) will be what increases the sp.

I agree it's obviously not possible to prove without doubt that he was lying. It doesn't change the fact that what he says statistically rarely happens and it doesn't change the fact that this isn't the first time they've attempted a DFS without success.

I'm mostly just pointing out facts about the information the CEO of EMH told us but hey, I've reported Wiseinvestor too for trying to encourage people to ban the points of view that dont agree with his ramping. So lets see how that all pans out.......

I didn't actually make excuses. When normal people have a discussion with me, like NikNak, I send them information about EMH, FROM EMH's CEO.

But yes your right, I'm not like wiseinvestor, he just posts links from other random media sources about the macro economics of the lithium industry.

WiseOwl, I just posted a link showing EMH's CEO say with his own mouth that the second attempt with another company to complete the DFS was meant to be done in 2022. One year before this latest attempt even started.

Would you prefer I post more links like this discrediting the CEO with his own words? engaging with me is only going to prove me right. Have some sense....
