I think the difficulty here and with a lot of these takeovers is there's always some pressure on the share price to stop the takeover being at a significant premium.

100% from today only really takes us back to Assore's original offer (albeit at a higher price due to market cap).

Bid/ask seems to be flying all about everywhere.

Generally these projects never get taken into production by the original company, look at SOLG recently.

Silence might mean they are in talks, the question is if the board have an appetite to ride it out for a fair price.

I've taken a position here on a simplistic assumption that a bid will come soon, even if it's not what people are hoping for, there should still be a very good profit for anyone in at this range.

Must say this looks very interesting now at this price, especially with the 2 TR1s.

Happy with my trade, in at 1.45p, 2.00p out, will return next week possibly re-buy.
