I will have to dig deeper. Missing something here. They are not executing this business properly at a time of great potential.
Obviously no one sees any potential here for a return to share holders .Best they can do is buy the shares back if things are really going well presently.
bought at 2.2 first thing , already losing money.
Bottom draw like the rest of it
Q, please
Could someone with Gas experience explain what TLOU have and why they are so confident of increasing their gas reserves, please?
This now, I think with the line going in becomes a gas play . Energy in S/A (world) just going up and up.
Interesting to see this .
The big money isn't going to arrive, in my opinion until we can price forward revenues. This won't happen until the reserves are up.Any thoughts please as to how and when, please.
Thankyou
'NERSA confirmed yesterday that power utility Eskom’s standard tariff customers would see an the average tariff increase of 9.61% while municipalities would see a 8.61% hike.'
Sorry if this has been discussed
Surely these levels should be locked in for a percentage of future production ,?
To not would be irresponsible and I for one expect it as a share holder .
Any thoughts please as I know it isn’t cheap necessarily.
If you came across a market cap with these gas reserves, National support with a non dilutive loan , energy situation in the world / africa the start of the transmission line .
Past behaviour delays ect are blinding us .
I was lucky enough to be in Tony Gilby’s sunshine had many many years ago . He knows what he is doing . Timing is everything. A raise is coming I guess which is holding me back a little .
Any thoughts on this and how it might be done . Contacts in Botswana and Australia might close this is one or two lumps ? Will we get a chance too ?
Good luck all . This looks potentially enormous now RR for the next 24 months ??
The government loan , none dilutive and the ongoing power struggles of the continent makes this timely . I can only assume other government power schemes have failed. The potential here is enormous and the time delay at least has secured gas reserves . It’s going to be a lot cheaper getting gas to the grid than other countries here and the current global situation is going to put price pressure on power for many years. Everyone will , and will have to pay more for localised power . Remember S/A can turn the taps off to Botswana when ever they feel . Lost hours/days / week to power outages when you are running mines run into hundreds of millions of dollars . This is potentially a very valuable resource .
Not sure I get the carbon??, quick route to revenue and local tires I guess .
I think we are just one of those small stocks that bigger players can push about easily.
I have been walloped on avacta recently which has had its issues but you can just see the volume sellers can just blast smaller holders out of the way and panic many to sell.
Its a catch 22 , I'm sure bigger funds are cutting positions too as the value falls. I don't know what the answer is.
Feels very similar to small caps in the States which have been hit really hard for the last 6 months.
Very very frustrating for a great technology BUT look at hydrogen names >anything without revenue is getting killed .I don't think it will change for a while yet I am sorry to say . Hats on.
will be the link here to funding I am sure.
I think I read they are about a 2 bio MC and look to take about 40 million dollars from petroteq if that all goes to plan.
That will leave them very keen to exploit all licenses they hold, can someone expand on what else they have, it's my belief they have purchased some other licenses. They will be in contact with the buyer petroteq of course as not only do they control a lot of the shares needed for the deal to go through, they will want some assurance of future tie-ups around engineering.?
The upside here on a positive buyout is more now than in petroteq although those bets have been made.
if they get a decent deal on financing this will absolutely fly .Or get an oiler in ?
who knows , very good R/R
When it games, it pours… Sales across the gaming industry boomed 27% during lockdown in 2020 and continued growing last year. Gaming revenues are forecast to jump from $180B in 2021 to $220B by 2024. And as gaming companies reach new sales levels, there’s been a flurry of consolidation: There were $117B worth of gaming acquisitions last year, and Grand Theft Auto maker Take-Two agreed to buy FarmVille creator Zynga last week for $12.7B.
So the innova test still dominates our shelves it seems . Under investigation by the FDA
Looking at the pro rugby teams they are getting 50/50 results with this sh.t
What a farce the governing body are
Something doesn’t smell right here
Either Avacta is too expensive , which is ridiculous as every test seems to be backed up with a PCR .
I’ll stop moaning it’s all been said before
Why we accept covid as the ultimate excuse for ineptitude and corruption is beyond me .
When are people going to up the standards .
A great tragedy
Great work everyone. Been ages since I had a decent day.
Well held Ladies and Gentlemen.
Nex t few days will be determined by the strength of the recent new holders.
Have they got a 2/3 years horizon or 5 minutes.
the mismanagement of expenditure by this government is unexceptable.
No competition is the real issue facing us.
Middle man PPI contracts, track and trace, I mean are they getting money back from these black holes.
They didn't support local industry at all during this crisis. They gave billions to global vaccine funds that effectively let huge pharma steamroll ahead and are now collecting all the winnings.
Done nothing to support companies in this space and the treatment side . Synairgen for example. They could have taken an equity stake in them to push their treatment, Sped the whole thing up and it would not cost a penny if it works.
Paying tax time of the year too, money down the drain
Is there an update on what is happening over there with China resources please?
sorry if I am being lazy. does anyone know what hedges they have at lower prices and when they are coming off?
Thank you
Well done holders look like we might get some value back. Recent performance with oil so high has been disappointing
Heads should roll if this data is any good .
I’m not a great conspiracy person but big pharma would have been shown the red carpet for this treatment and results would have been produced months ago , potentially saving many lives .
The company are not devoid if any blame either this should have been so much more efficient.
I’ll remain with a small investment and wish share holders and covid sufferers all the best .
Time delay just doesn’t sit right with me for many reasons .
Governments should have been all over treatments , like they were vaccines
Every bloody scientist in the world said this is t going away and has U.K. managed .
Sorry for the rant , it’s heart breaking really
Sorry. If this is a dumb Q
More and more of their plants seem to be pulp or wood off cuts .I get the importance of these especially in California .( the pessimist in me thinks no one else will front up the money for this plant and we have no choice )
I thought , much of this tech was non recycled plastic . Something politically more important and would attract more PR .
Did I get this wrong from a technical perspective?
Are we actually doing this ?
My hope was that such plants would spring up everywhere .
Thank you
Can someone clarify the debt position please ?
And
Any idea what liabilities the power station. Would leave Us
This is depressing
https://twitter.com/doug_parr/status/1446390823583682561?s=21
They have to get in a strategic player here to support this tech
The tidal business must have enormous legs globally going forward surely
Maybe drax will buy this and start burning coal again
It’s so ridiculous .
Short term politics
Ignoring the energy requirements of this country .
Looks what is happening with natural gas
Total bulls up
Just a total failure by management to get any value here at all. Possibly the worlds go-to company regarding tidal power with no value attached to it at all.
Just beyond belief, they could not find at least a decent partner at this price. Going through their sh.t broker at this price is just a total failure.
People ****ging off Myles, he has been saying for months they need a big player partner. The potential is so enormous. Right in the middle of a global power crisis that will only get worse as we try and plug in millions of electric cars.
Look at OPTT wave power in the states. Wave power, tiny revenues market cap 126 million.
No idea. Sitting around letting the broker, with their crap research, give us away for nothing.
I know its not easy job but this is a balls up
