Extensive pre-clinical testing also indicates that the therapy is safe, in both acute and long term safety studies. If ultimately shown to be safe and effective clinically, ReN001 would therefore offer a ground-breaking new treatment option for stroke survivors. The therapy offers the potential for a degree of recovery of function in disabled stroke patients, resulting in greater independence and quality of life for these patients and reduced reliance on health and social care systems. IMO, with 3 trials going on, SCT is on the cusp of validation and acceptance with huge applications. Pisces 2 will set the tone with RP close behind.

Preliminary functional MRI data in seven of the treated patients at resting state show, at a group level, evidence of increased short-term connectivity between the cell-implanted region of the brain (the putamen) and the other deep brain regions that are concerned with sensory motor control, although relevance to functional outcomes in the patients requires further evaluation. IMO these are pretty good improvements and bode well for Pisces 2

George Soros sits on 5% and Sinclair is promoting Perfectha in USA. Do I expect a $ bidder to appear??? Yep. All to do with timing and this hits all the buttons on exchange rates and prospects imo. SPH can go it nicely alone but a 60p a share bid from the States would seal it.

250k initial followed by machine-gun 500-600 shares purchased in succession. Methinks a bigger player has a buy order in for this cash rich niche aesthetics player. Would fit neatly into health/cosmetics portfolio of several old and one new player [Nestle]. This is a high barrier to entry, high profit margin business which is pretty recession-proof. Great buy with Sterling at near lows.

Hi blue/ on the share transactions an A indicates Automated Trade [bot-trade] - look at frequency and quantity; like machine-gun buying in packages as shares are available being mopped up.

Note the sustained rise in Automated Buying...small but regular buys from the low point upwards. Herald of increased interest in the company??

Three trials in process with one imminent and one to follow on quickly. Pisces 1 trial looked strong endorsement of stem cell therapy and positive Pisces 2 results would send this vertical. With the second clinical trial results for RP also in the short-term time-frame providing stability whatever the outcome.Has a nice cash pile to take it to end-2018 also. I am optimistic, having read the initial trial results, that a positive result here would cement the future for SCT and Reneuron. The volume increase and 'almost all buys' increase indicates that I am not alone.

Automated buying in volume. Long overdue this is now moving strongly north. Massive potential in this specialist aesthetics business; cash in the bank and no debt. A very tasty morsel either alone or in the eyes of a bigger fish - must be getting noticed as I said before. It is an ideal fit for Nestle's expansion into health and beauty and that would spark a bid war. I note with interest he escalation in bot bids.

£50k buy at full ask is one heck of a vote of confidence in the Pisces2 stroke outcome. All clinical data on Pisces1 looks good and results are only a week away; could this be a trickle of news? Interesting times for stem cell therapy here and a statistically significant result would be transformational IMO. Not often we get the chance to be in at a pivotal stage in a company with a wad of cash in the bank for 2-3 years. Plus results of the RP clinical trials to follow soon after. The Japanese must be watching this with great interest as they have fast-track orphan to use facility for Phase1/2 drugs.

George Soros spent £9m in June 2014 taking his stake in aesthetics and skin care company Sinclair IS Pharma above 5 per cent by acquiring more stock at 32p a pop and also Sinclair would therefore be a perfect bolt-on for Nestle, which [also in summer 2014] acquired the rights to sell certain skin care products in the US and Canada from Valeant Pharmaceuticals, based in Quebec, for £840m cash. Add in the fact that Sinclair is now a lean and focused aesthetics business having divested its pharmaceuticals, and that it is cash-rich and debt-free............... looks a very interesting rise from recent lows given future prospects. DTR.

Good general retail figures in October plus colder November weather and Christmas party/present buying now kicking in should help give FC a leg upward. Combined with the recently noted increased predatory interest and engagement of Moelis, the run-up to Christmas could be bright indeed. The share price has just broken through the 20 day ma and is nosing the 50 day ma with a nice little jump in volume on the 21st. Interesting on several counts with Toast in particular looking a strong part of the business IMO.

Healthy rise on good volume over past two days. Broken up through 20 and 50 mda's and outlook looks very promising for this focused aesthetics business. Deserves a rerate as debt-free, lots of cash and generating income in a high margin field. Neat.

Spot on TR. I think the trio of Toast/Great Plains/French Connection is the reason that ex-Next director Angelides has come on Board and has been buying into FC. Great way to see operational management and potential. It is little wonder that the Telegraph reported on October 25th that French Connection had hired investment bank Moelis & Co to advise it, after potential buyers had started circling the company. The buyers, the Telegraph claimed, included a mix of European and US private equity firms..........French Connection's Steven Marks denied the report.

£50m contracts for submarine refits etc looks in the bag as TPG is sole supplier for air purification systems. BAe also subcontracts to TPG and the British Army just signed a 'first move' field contract. Duckinfield plant has got off to a flyer too and can bring in-house lots of work previously sent to external suppliers. Portsmouth looks very strong for growth in view of the 'wake up' call from the Trump election. I think the group can also expect increased orders from Far East as 'hidden' submarine capabilities are 'must-haves' running into a world of increasing racial division and tension. With £7.5m cash in the bank [thats a third of its MCap] and a lot of co-product work going on with Spirax-Sarco this looks a little gem either to grow alone or as a perfect add-on for Spirax, BAe or an overseas player. It has some very interesting contracts in the EEC too. Unique IP, strong finances and niche operator. Perfect defensive play given that recent restructure and cash breakeven allow maiden dividend within 18 months. IMO good entry price and I've been buying on weakness.

Too cheap - agreed Adastra. Should easily double within 12 months from here given prospects and contracts. Good call. Wouldn't be surprised is Spirax bid as good fit.

Just the complete lack of update at this critical time. As I stated before, the company should use the website as a 'blog' site which would have really helped. The shift to minimally invasive cosmetic surgery is gaining pace. Sinclair BoD had the foresight to put the company smack in the moddle of this growth area. Divested of the low margin business, with no debt and a nice cash pile the future looks very promising indeed. The current push into the US market gives a high possibility of a game-changer going into 2017. Definitely one to take an interest in at this stage in development. The confident presentation asses see the prospects well.
