You have no faith in him at all so don't see how him buying shares would make you more reassured. In fact if he buys shares now and there is an upturn in fortunes it would look even worse. It would look really bad if for years he's not taken shares then when he does its at the bottom and things improve. Dammed if you do dammed if you don't.

Taking shares in part payment of salary I can see some benefit in though.

I just don't like directors buying shares, more often than not its seen as a big positive because they know more than we do etc and then when they sell guess what, they must know something we don't etc.Most of the time I suspect its innocent but its how its perceived that causes rises / falls.

£195,000 convertible loan notes were issued to Directors of the Company who are also members of its Executive committee on 27 September 2017. The loan notes issued were in lieu of bonus shares due as part of an interim award approved by the Kibo board on 24 April 2017. On 28 September 2017, these directors elected to convert their loan notes into Kibo shares. These resultant number of shares issued amount to 3,900,000 ordinary shares at an issue price of £0.05 per share, calculated in accordance with the Note Term Sheet.

Closed the acquisition within set timeframes but first operations now confirmed as being in Q1 2020 ... not a surprise but would have been nice to see something by year end.

so by reckoning we are due to hear or get an update on this good, bad or indifferent by the end of June

I'm sorry but if you continue to bang on about how clever / lucky / grateful you were to sell out at 5p/6p whilst at the same time you were continuing to support LC / KIBO and its prospects, leading people on to think you still held shares, accusing others of trying to mislead you, trying to claim the moral high ground, posting one thing here and another on ADVFN / Twitter, calling others thick / naive for not seeing it your way, talking about better prospects elsewhere but only posting here, etc then you and others deserve what you get.

Have your different view by all means but don't expect to not get some stick for all the other stuff. Then you wonder why posters fall out with each other ..... unbelievable

I guess its hard when you realise people you once respected and listened turn out to be something different and then try and blame it on someone else. Respect is earned you cant just climb up and stick yourself on a moral high ground pedestal.
