Never thought it would have taken his long .... with a different govt in Tanz we may have been on our way by now with an sml / PPA and funded SDA with Sepco. ‘‘Twas not to be.

Bots ml is 9 months post application
Tanz MLs can’t rake more than 3-6 months (if they do then forget them)
Moz has to have coal sales agreement and PPA by year end.
We should be a lot clearer on med total mw and revenue expectations for 2020

If none of that drops in next six months then it’s going to be pretty and I imagine a lonely board.

The cynic might think that they purposefully sold without stock to keep the price down for a placing client and director buy and now they are buying to fill previous orders and the price goes up .... perhaps the plan / hope is a few PIs will sell at a small profit and forgo their voting rights. A cunning plan. Likely very illegal but hey hi like I said only a cynic would think that.

probably as many time as we have heard this is going nowhere or to the dogs ....

What benefit would there to be KIBO to having a TZ Govt Official for a project in Tz that you think is dead. We'd end up with an additional expense and a clear conflict of interest. Would we also need a Bots / Moz official on the BoD as well? You also said by the way that LC should focus all his attention on MCPP and not chase other projects .... where would we be now without Moz / Bots and MED?

I think its also too soon to say the current plan isn't working. There is now a clear route to upto 100Mw reserve power
generation through MED and first revenue in late Q1 2019. We still have three large projects on the go. We have divested our mining interests (admittedly for not a lot but the cost of retaining and trying to develop would have arguably been more - this has derisked KIBO and given it an Energy focus). We have done everything we can so to get an SML in Tz and ML in Bots where no-one else has succeeded in Tz and only Minergy in Bots (to date). We still have partners interested in the projects and active PPA discussions. In an an ideal world we would have got the SML / Tz PPA or tender and the SDA with SEPCO and be absolutely flying but all of these remain on the table.

Finance still remains the challenge and we wait to see how that door will be unlocked.

How far away was significant revenue generation when we had a £1.86 target? More or less the same as it is now I reckon.

Moz timelines are in the Nov 2018 Broker note with FC in Q4 2019, a little bit high level but a fair indication like the MED timelines for first revenue end Q1 2020

As for targets glad you have abandoned the charts and using Boff as a sounding board.

Lets not kid ourselves you see a lot of potential in Moz and one good RNS and you'll be piling in for a good trade ... all the better at 0.5 than 1p no doubt.

There is now more chance of the MCPP coming back on now that the TG are out of the way. Get the ML's approved, negotiate with the power pools and they can build as big a bloody lake as they like, there are plenty of takers for power in Africa. The fly in the ointment as always is finance and whether you think investors will go for 10 year certainty over 25 years - personally I think they will be comfortable with certainty over mining operations / licences and this is why KIBO & the Mining Ministry are working together to take it forward.

As for Moz how do you think our project stacks up against NCCL for example?

Med will be revenue generating at end of Q1 2020. Ok not profit making but certainly a step in the right direction.
