Wolfy, the fact that all of them managed to club together to buy a whole £18k worth of shares at a miserly 0.25p says all we need to know about their confidence in the company that employs them. Stalker saw the writing on the wall, maybe we’re getting closer to the truth why Minch actually went, it wouldn’t help the situation but if Blaisse and her mates had any shred of decency they would fk right off straight away.
@Tray, thanks for that reminder
Thought it would be half that given the news. Strange.
Joe, maybe it’s becoming apparent now why they never put their name on it too , no point having not sign written twice.
@twohearts, interesting, will find out who’ the prosecuting council were , such mismanagement here especially by someone with previous, should not go unreported.
Dai, maybe she really did think Tai3 was it, bet all on it and it didn’t come up, and now she’s stuffed. Maybe the water came across as something else on the seismic, maybe liquid gas under pressure . Remember they enhanced the bop I think it was at Tai1 incase of unexpected pressures.
After selling Tai3 as the discovery, and the geology interpretation was wrong, no wonder they’re struggling to raise again.
‘Their PR is fine, Lorna said so,’
More than anything else in the agm , that was what spoke volumes to me. Total denial even when you’re confronted with it.
@wimbledon, think you will find any analysis referred to was done on site only and anything found has already being published. There were no samples taken for sending out of the country to external labs, which was the requisite for a find. Nobel did send samples, their results due anytime.
Lorna’s kids will have broken up for Christmas, I shouldn’t expect too much of anything except further share price depreciation this side of. Jan 3.
Bah Hunbug !
Almost a year ago, and we thought that was bad !! Jan 3…
“The Liberum analysts reckon Helium One shares, off 23% in the wake of the setback, offer compelling value at 5.43p each. Their target price of 19p is based on the company’s ‘risked’ post-discovery discounted cash flow, which incorporates a 35% chance of geological success.”
Be interesting to know what Liberiums rating is today.
Doesn’t have the best track record does she, almost half she been involved with ended in administration/ dissolved, including her own previous entity. Doesn’t instill a great deal of confidence tbh. Would like to say maybe she is learning from past mistakes, but….
&Dai, - that’s the kind of policies we’re missing ! Give you a call come the revolution.
Absolutely agree Gogs, I mentioned it the other day, a general malaise throughout working society it spreads into every part of life. Started with Brexit arguments in my opinion, politicians despised and now been seen as inept, similar to our bod here. There needs to be a kick start, not sure what that catalyst will be, but doubt it will be Starmer in charge in 2024, regardless of his politics, not charismatic enough to get people excited.
Actually - Minchin for PM !! Would be a disaster after 2 years, but a great ride 😁. Ian Stalker as Chancellor and I reckon I’d put Skittish as home sec, Dai your position was vacated already this week I think ! lol. Problems sorted.
@Rog, yes good reply, just 2 sides of a coin . I think there is a general malaise just now in life in general, people don’t seem excited by much, not really sure what can change that, certainly not the upcoming U.K. general election me thinks ! .
I won’t be selling, as others have written there’s no point. Trading is too time consuming, but let’s see next year, some new strategies are required
Lol Rog, I would be surprised ! Have to
Be a pretty short sighted finance director that sanctioned any payment in advance to HE1 for use of their rig. Sorry, just been realistic. I think we need to remember the look on Lorna’s face at the start of yesterdays meeting, the only rabbit in the room was her caught in the headlights of what’s coming. They fudged their way through the AGM as per usual and as per expected. If they were confident or even good bluffers like Minch, the persona would have been completely different.
Manage expectations, my advise - expect nothing and we will be happy.
Don’t think it was mentioned Dai, skirted round it a couple of times with questions about licenses , probably market sensitive information for insider knowledge only
That was the only anomaly that was cleared up in my opinion.
Just a temporary new all time low sp, new one coming later 😁😁😁
