Management have lost their way.

Invested deeply in Germany most of the network control is based in Germany and its going to be expensive to re engineer!

Expect more sell offs and massive contraction!

This ship will take 5-10 years to sort out! Anyone with common sense would avoid!

These are generally at higher margins as setup costs have already been costed. Also Capita have made it clear that reduced margins will not pass governess!

additional sales always improve margins!!

HHH. They could also take a loss this year to offset tax liabilities. They may also buy back in and reduce average buy price.

So many Options trying to second guess is difficult!

past experience has shown that some contracts aren't worth winning. better to let someone else win ****up and withdraw so that the customer can re-evaluate. remember ni schools and fujitsu!

capita needs to win business on its terms!

They did clearly state that part of the sale proceeds would be set aside for investment in 2025.

Yip August should be a right tonic for investors. Based on the potential contracts due this year!

Time to follow the yellow brick road there is gold ahead for the long timers.

The question is do you checkout for the gain or stay invested for the income!

Yes I agree, I think there is a possibility that Capita may reach fcf in the 3rd quarter rather than the fourth.

1st quarter is always good

2nd quarter is always slow

3rd quarter is generally good

4th quarter is always a push

With the spending in quarters 1&2 we are building for the future! Any additional big wins will improve cash flow in quarters 3&4.

Several big contracts due in Q2 such as PCSE (NHS)

Good summary, However a few points!

The Capita Tax year runs Jan to December rather than April to March, so there is no sandbagging, The Capita financial year benefits from the fact that UK gov often places a high percentage of contracts in the last quarter so they don't overspend!

Capita also has the closed Christmas period where generally contracts are agreed early in December. However sometimes delays sometimes mean the issue of contracts are delayed until January. This has happened occasionally but by the March EoY meeting the contract will land but late!

Capita is one of the best companies for contractual negotiations and is risk adverse!

Voda used to be a good company, but was always strange from a management point of view. They missed a trick by not paying down debt when they sold the American assets. With the German takeover it was a bit like a reverse takeover.

Voda always kept debt high to prevent a takeover but management in Voda was always poor quality

Now they have so much debt the ship is sinking. Took the profits out of UK and invested it elsewhere. This merger is the equiv of a quad heart bypass!

Lets hope it works!

SFDC is an eco system SAAS (Software as a Service) Capita would be an approved partner offering services on SFDC and combined with SFDC deployments.

SFDC offers a range of services and integrates with other services using API’s. Thats exactly the type of services that Capita should be selling and deploying!

This was what I was talking about when I said business would migrate from India to Eastern Europe. We are looking at a radical redesign of the business. Capita is becoming a more international business less dependant upon the UK.

Europe is a big opportunity for Capita both for supply and delivery. I would not be surprised if Capita became dual listed at some time in the future.

We have been expecting a set of ground rules fir sometime. This will not affect Capita as it does not engage in these types of activity. However it will affect finance and potential scammers. Hopefully it will also reign in some of the investment houses and market makes!

This is only a start of consumer protection.

Yip I understand that for a single year but this has been 4-6 years on the trot! Management need a certain level of empathy and common sense!

Its been a tough year for Capita, and the staff. The effort required this year has been tough. Its tough at the top and tougher at the bottom. The effect of the Shorters, Cowboys, etc has affected everyone involved in Capita including the investors.

So lets have a little sympathy, for everyone its been a tough 12 months.

I have been on both sides we need the workers and the investors we dont need the cowboys!

I do believe that the PCSE Contract renewal in August will benefit from AI in the contact Centre plus cloud migration Based on a 5+2+2 this could be a 9 figure Win. When you take on Gas and NI schools this could be over 250 -3xx Million in contracts announced shortly.

Looks like 2025 will be a good year

Note the alignment with Capitas financial year.

PCSE contract NHS is due for renewal within a few months current systems are based on HPUX plus additional services such as Contact centre. Estimating pricing has been with NHS for over two years! This is one contract that will have to be migrated to the cloud. Good news is that contract is an 8 digit one. Gov Uk has to keep moving and upgrading
