DrRemington - some words of advice....
When to use weather: Weather relates to atmospheric conditions such as how rainy, sunny, cloudy, or windy it is outside. Weather can be either a noun or a verb. As a noun, weather refers to pressure, precipitation, cloud cover, and things of that nature.
Hopefully this will help you moving forward. Don't say I am not looking out for you!
