Weaker pound will boost this quarter's revenues, as so much revenue to be converted back from other currencies. Good time to be in a company that sells all over the world. Hopefully the accountants will expedite forex to get as many pounds for our assorted currency earnings as possible.

Yep I think some people went for a quick profit after the opening rise and have dragged us down, and some see this stock as politically exposed due to Ben's comments about Brexit. Also some fears that a sterling recovery will take away the currency boost FPO has benefited from. But the company is well​ positioned and sterling won't be at it's prereferendum heights any time soon, even with a Conservative victory later.

Yep Simon Thompson wrote about the Amazon Japan deal and hinted at the enormous possibilities this opens up. He reiterated his 200p target, though I think he may raise that if it's hit soon and simply recommend some top slicing, as he is often doing for his more successful tips like this.

The payment method opened-up to purchase goods on Amazon.co.jp at the start of June, greatly increasing the range of products that can be charged to the phone bill by KDDI and NTT DOCOMO customers, who cover around 75% of all mobile subscribers in Japan (Telecommunications Carriers Association, Japan, 2016).' This deal alone is going to be a significant revenue stream, and is hopefully just the first of many territories in which Amazon will roll this out. ST just confirmed that he plans to update on Sanderson shortly, as he works through a list of companies whom updated during his holiday. I suspect he'll put the current dip down to profit taking too, and we'll see somewhat of a recovery as new money flows in as a result of his tip. ATB LTHs.

ST just re-iterated his buy stance in latest column. I won't share too much as it's paid, but here is an exerpt: 'The point being that with a relatively fixed cost base, a high percentage of incremental sales will fall straight down to the bottom line from this point onwards. This explains why Mr Hill expects underlying cash profits (pre R&D) to surge from £6.3m to £10.5m in the 2018-19 financial year, based on revenues rising from £40m to £46.5m. If anything those estimates could prove conservative given that retention rates are running at 90 per cent-plus, and the company is looking to boost sales from third-party channels from around 5-10 per cent of the mix to around 25 per cent.'
