I sense that the big buyer in the background is now an insider so i suspect news is imminent. One thing for sure is we have record revenues, we are considerably ahead of schedule for La India launch and when push comes to shove Dupax will save 1000s of jobs as Metals are only taking ore to process and will have limited impact on anything because there is no processing going on at this location. Also i suspect money will solve a lot of issues and Metals will be identifying what communities want to support it. The reality is if they do not support it i am sure a bigger mining operation that will build a mine might well crop up somewhere so this is probably the best outcome for the community. Looking forward to next update as likely to be stellar!

I doubt any protesters actually know that 1000s of jobs and families rely on mining and that a mine is already operating 20km away. I think this is all a storm in a teacup and Darren has dealt with a lot of issues in his time. Once he pays communities etc and employs locals this will dissapear, if it really is anything about from a few people.

Fingers crossed we might break even in the next accounting period as we were heading in the right direction, albeit only just with a decent number of contracted projects. Certainly anything pointing towards growth and profitability would help get us back some momentum but .18 is a start in the right direction. The only issue is that as we are thinly traded (until we get some momentum) small trades have an outside impact but are somewhat fortunate that most shares are held by management who have plenty of skin in the game. E10 is not going anywhere soon and China will only close the gap in time so we should benefit as that evolves. CNEL also got a large stake in a 3rd party as part of the deal to write off their bad debts so i hope more projects will come out of that. Still no update on the Romanian deal that was signed July 2024 and that is still showing as last news reported? Lets hope next results move us in the right direction.

Spot on mibb but i would settle for 10x over next 2-3 years. My main interest is largely ongoing dividend that i conservatively put at 1p-1.5p from 2029. However valuation of 20p+ is not unlikely based on the TK numbers and not counting Saudi valuation or expansion of TK that is nailed on and all the other concessions the Ethiopian government are going to lavish on Kefi once things start motoring. Government are 20% shareholder so thats a very handy to have onboard.

I am not aware that trucks would be going through villages nor any recent issues with locals as they were only reported sometime ago after a knee jerk reaction? From other mining companies opposition is normally around job opportunities and artisinal miners that might be affected wanting to keep their cyanide operations working. However given Metals on a yearly basis wins awards for its environmental credentials and positive local impact and they actively work with artisinal miners to process ore i am sure they have already dealt with all issues and this is all old news. Ultimately Metals has huge cash resources to smooth the way and offer jobs to locals. Obviously be nice to get latest drilling results as they should be stellar given the last image of gold showing in the cores that looked very meaty. I think they have aluded to delays. if you remember just before christmas there was a pretty heavy buyer that took us back up from 11p to 15p in a few weeks. I suspect they have stopped because they are now an insider but I suspect some RNS is due and i also suspect a positive one at that.

240m of deadwood cleared so you would think the placing stock is gone. Gold price almost at $4500 so hopefully the banks quickly sanction the gold streams as basically the deal is done except we need to ask permission from the lenders they are happy. Presumably they are or else Harry and everyone would not have pulled the trigger. For a company that will generate over $300m FCF, with our costs now 75% down as all costs are transferred to TKGM its hard to imagine why anyone would sell but each to their own. We are barely even worth the $110m we have invested to date in Kefi. Crazy times!

Its a bit crazy that since $4000 gold we have barely moved while most of market has moved 30%+. Hopefully this week we get a blockbuster update!

Need to remember FCF to Kefi plc is over $300m per annum so substantial returns for investors. Todays share price is just the ebb and flow of fear and greed. This will change once we get to production and minimal valuation on this sort of cashflow is $2bn not including upside of Saudi and future projects in Ethiopia. Just need to wait for bargain hunters to move back in. If anyone knows of other miners who in 2 years has same sort of prospects let me know but most mining operations have much smaller projected FCF and often far smaller project so overhead costs become substantial. Will keep buying as its money for nothing.

That similar to what i see that Metals is very undervalued on most metrics but until La India is live or extension of Run runo clearer there is some execution risk. However just valuing TK alone at full production we are 2-3 times undervalued. Hopefully update this week as results are imminently due that should create new momentum as will be a blockbuster quarter.

If you backup there was a 29.5m sell earlier today. Looks to be hangover shares from placing so hopefully clears that out and the 25m buy is probably connected. Time to build some momentum before next news update that should be this week, possibly tomorrow as i note a lack of RNS in general.

Certainly the ease of apparent ease of capturing Maduro must make a few leaders squirm a little but in reality, unlike Venezuala, Nic has had longterm working relation with foreign companies and apparent stability and a zero drug policy so if anything a model South American country for Trump. Gold is flying and Metals are in the cusp of most profitable quarter, La India coming to life in 6/7 months in hot commissioning and Dupax ready to update. Hard to say as Saudi operation based on other similar sized exploration companies are worth in excess of $1bn and at this early stage i suspect offers just were not attractive. Placings slow down momentum but if we can hit end of 2027 there is 10-20p in kefi at least and Saudi will then have a real value as If Kefi can have a mine on Ethiopia and Saudi it helps investor interest. Short-term investors would like to sell Saudi wheras long term investors can see value in having multiple mines across multiple juristictions.

Retail and placing shares started trading today so some of those will be washing around until we get bigger news in January to start changing the mood music. There is a clear path to strong growth next year as between now and end of 2027 we should rise to around 10p-20p by first pour. we should average around .5p a month on average, although biggest jumps will happen on first pour and other key dates as we complete earthworks, and get power and transmission in place. Obviously all eyes on cash in the bank so we can put some of our long term shareholders out to graze and Saudi update that must be ready to blow the lid as they have been very quiet what has been going on although we know it is all guns blazing. Maybe we do actually sell it in the end?

Tomorrow might see much of the same as in past this buyer likes to raid every day for a while. One day a mellon is non exec and big holder of Metals stock and the next, when we are told he could not attend boarding meetings remotely he literally dumps all his stock. If you believe the story of board attendance was only reason i think your a little naive as no one would sell all their stock inthecway he did. There is more to this story. Mellon is still bullish on gold, just not Metals? Anyway gold at all time high so Metals has a long way to go and today lets smash 15p finally

We are all systems go. Once the equity cash hits bank the over coming weeks it will be followed by the debt in Q2 2026 once funds depleted. As it dawns on investors we are closer to over $300m cashflow to Kefi shareholders we will move naturally towards becoming a $2bn+ market cap company. This is now the last chance to participate begore we move considerebly higher and let some of the short-term traders off the train. New shareholders and institutions who were not able to get their full subscription in shares will buy in thw open market and our share register will change. I am here for next 2 years and i exoect a minimum 10x from today and Harry has repeatedly said hecwill issue a dividend at earliest opportunity.
