I did mean £200k and as to Phillipines i am not even thinking about it but of course if Dupax comes good we double valuation again as we head to a 400k monster gold producer. I am sure Phillipines govt and local govt to the 1000s of families affected by Runruno will overall a couple of artisinal miners and bunch of jobseekers. Darren has the cash and actually it plays to his advantage the shortened timeline to make sure govt assist. However i am now not even factoring in Dupax for now as La India is the beast in waiting. If Dupax does get big thumbs up then we can see share price rocketing. Would be nice but i am not factoring it in as i think govt and community of Runruno need to come and sort out the rabble of activists who probably have no idea really about Metals extracting ore only and not building a mine. That is the crazy part as Metals will not be processing anywhere near as its 20km away. Sure some nimbys do not like but easily sorted.

Well Calibre and Mako are going guns and even during some political disturbance they all cracked on. Sure some people will apply a risk to that but can say that today about any country. Ortega already released a load of prisoners and with his 0 tolerance to drug traffiking will be on right side of Trump if he plays ball. Technical risk is slipping away as we are ahead of schedule and according to Darren ahead of plans. We are building an extra cash bounty as we speak should anything come out of the woodwork. We are on a projected PE of 1 for 2027 year so just saying ultimately cash will be king and dividends will come end of 2027, especially if a disconnect in valuation is still present. Your investment could generate £200m+ dividends as £200-£250 is easily covered if gold stays at current levels.

Whats not to be confident about? At $4700 TK is on for $576m FCF. Kefi is 83% owner and once you throw out some tax, royalties you end up with over $400m FCF and net profit over $300m so around a .5 PE?? If this is not a mega bag what is? This is only 2028 outlook. We are still a fraction of this and using 160k ounzes but could be higher. Harry has got to improve company standing asap as this is crazy!

Firstly i am just stating obvious that we are undervalued with basic data to support. Of course board would not entertain lowball offers (did i say they would) but they have to build company profile asap and move up to FTSE 250. At same time major shareholders like Darren or Candy almost certainly cant sell their holding until a takeover. If Darren etc started selling shares would be huge blow to shareprice making it unlikely and regardless market could not absorb without heavy discount. Ultimately, like all offers tend to do, someone comes along as says to Darren etc here is £20m/£50m cash for your shares. Even if company is undervalued how much is enough? Cash is king and major investors have 20x investment already. Anyway when close the gap i will be a lot happier.

Sorry i have become a pessimist. I should have said a PE of 1 at full year end of 2027.

La India: (4,700 − 1,176) × 145k = $511m

Runruno: (4,700 − 1,300) × 60k = $204m

Total pre-tax cash margin ≈ $715m

Throw in 25% tax and overheads and we arrive at $520m.

If we are not already on the radar we certainly will be once La India is operating. We need a 3-4x re-rate to head off any cheeky offers. Just saying as even a PE of 4 is low. La India aims for 160k so i am underplaying its production and obviously Dupax would blow out of the water. Just La India alone puts Metals on PE of 1.5. We are quids in however you slice it.

Sorry i am optimistic about the future of Metals today but in the rearview mirror not exactly been wrong. Appreciate many are traders so often have an agenda. If we stay at these levels in second half of year we must expect takeover interest as we would be a PE of about 3 by 2027? I am hoping market pipes up before then and closes the gap. Gla

But i was not wrong Sakura just as i was not wrong about Metals being massively undervalued when Condor was bought and people like yourself sold up decent amounts and missed out. Anyway its obvious we are undervalued but maybe you need to be reminded in 12 months just how much :)

When a company is undervalued, imo, its natural for others in sector to look to capitalise and make an approach. Gold producers are flying and breaking all records of cash deposited and they need to deploy into productive assets. Metals is heaviliy undervalued but Metals is one of only a small number of mid tier miners about to move into goldilocks 150k ounzes. Pretty basic stuff if im honest and i think its likely if our valuation does not rise substantially we will obviously have interest. For a buyer like Newmont its a no brainer. Drop $1bn today and its worth $2bn under Someone like Barrick who command a premium due to its reduced risk.
