Q3 is end of October and after financing is complete and drawdown. This is a standard going concern note that should that funding not take place then they would need further further working capital, pretty much the same for every company relying on certain projects to happen as agreed. There is strong commitment to the October start date on every level so that date is more fixed in my view than when ANS or someone else completes the equity injection for their 10x-20x return.

While i have not gone into detail yet the prospectus is mouthwatering and they should get a lot of interest in HK so there is every chance they will hit the higher end of the prospectus target and i can see a further good bounce on the first day of trading as the future order book and profit potential is enormous. Exciting times and there is plenty of headwind for a very healthy arbitrage profit. GLA

A man of his word to get something out at the end of the month and some great momentum here. Slightly expected but ANS still look to be ponying around but i sense the resolve is getting stronger to get that resolved as i suspect it is very close given the previous ANS. Harry is sticking to the October 2020 start and the countdown continues and for me that is a more important date and hope that he can get the equity into the account to complete financing. Importantly there are no curve balls so very much forward momentum. The maiden Saudi results will certainly help with shareholders confidence and hopefully Harry can double down and focus on closing that investment.

Ha Ha :) Well if your right and the admission document to HK is anywhere around 14p then arbritragers have anything up to 8p to play with on current price so nice little earner. The last RNS did say deadline for election of share certificates had to be in by tomorrow so does seem to tie in.

if i understand correctly the post hearing information pack PHIP is after the admission hearing. assuming it is the smoking gun we think it is and is the nod to listing then do the board have to sign documents off today? Like you say there could be RNS after hours later today and note Richard has been absent from twittering today :)

You might be right but if the overhang is gone according to AP Angels report we are probably due one hell of a re-rate given we are sitting on the lowest indicated gold resource in the entire stock market and we have a BFS that is the gold standard and so many goldies do not make that investment. Subject to a little nudge, sceptics aside, some update should be incoming tomorrow. my take on Harrys wording is that he had some news but was only perhaps 60% confirmed so hopefully he has got something to add tomorrow. even if it is additional steps delivered that is good for me as i am pretty relaxed and confident for October and the price today is factoring in a damp squib. Saudi is the curve ball. Lets see i guess but happy to enjoy the ride when it comes.

For the last month, as i have pointed out we had a seller sitting on millions of shares at 1p ASK and kept on adding. This was an overhang. Today that seller is almost gone or has gone and we just have a few stragglers left. Assuming that seller does not return the days of buying lots of shares for less than 1p are probably over. if that stays the same we are back to a level of sanity and we should hopefully see a substantial re-rate, subject to news of some kind that realigns momentum. Saudi or ANS would be happy days.

Today we have almost no headwind and fingers crossed the seller has been taken out. we could see a reasonable leg up today judging by the shares available. lets see if we get an update tomorrow as could be a very good few days.

I think the last RNS was very very positive on all fronts showing forward momentum. the small question was really how much cash is being committed by ANS. In some ways all we care about as shareholders is that on financial closure and drawdown that cash equity is sitting in the right account. I can see why ANS maybe have stalled as money could be just sitting in escrow for months but i think the question is really will the first commitment be a non refundable €5m or $10m etc but i think ANS need to make that real commitment or step aside as Harry has been overly generous in my view. ANS now has most to lose as EG or another investor could easily take over. ANS stand to make 20x or more on their tiny investment over life of mine so i really think boot is on other foot. Harry should be asking for more from investors given the return is so much higher now. We are not at $1250 when this was agreed but now nearly $1800 and probably higher in 2022. RNS also talked of speeding up build so that is also very bullish. I know many believe Harry is not telling it straight but dealing with governments and large consortiums in Ethiopia is probably not quite the same as dealing with other countries. Not sure people appreciate just how impressive Harry has been to get this PPI together and has top government support. I think the market is going to be surprised and We could be looking at £200m company in 18 months wirh Hawiah readying itself. We will get an update in next few days as he stated in RNS so hopefully something extra on monday or tuesday.

The runway up looks very good in deed. Little resistance up to 1.2 until you hit the first MM so a little news next week could do wonders.

Could be quite a busy next week if CNEL gets the greenlight. On the one side you have those investors who will get the broker email/letter and probably just sell due to small holdings or some other reason and then the arbitragers buying in before the move. Certainly my own experience is that there are few standard brokers dealing in HK. I suspect big money leaps in on the announcement and potentially the price in the UK will quickly match the prospectus price. i suspect people are ready in HK who cannot trade until the prospectus is out so if that might be monday could be an interesting morning.

I have taken a look at Silver Bricks and i think AJ Bell seem a fair bet but shame it is phone trading as that is generally just not as convenient. you would think the trading capital of world London would offer an nice online trading option?

i have searched online but cant seem to find this silver bricks etrading account? any help appreciated.
