Plus of course, that all assumes NN are the buyer, which is another variable. So without official news, we all have to scrape the clues together and try to be logical, coherent, objective and factual. Not easy with so little to work on, but trying my best to be objective, it does look like a solid positive step for whatever the endgame ends up being. :-)
How long is a piece of string?
Could be anytime, could be not at all.
It seems the strong share price is to do with all the institutional investors, so we probably won't get a brake check RNS (as it's justifiable).
The chances of an RNS from either NN/EUA or both today are probably 30-40%, this week 50/50, so I personally wouldn't focus too much on today being the endgame, more a step in the process.
Basically, it all looks good and patience as always is the key with this or any share!
With the dearth of official news, we have to clutch at straws a little, but it certainly does feel like there could be some news coming. I predict a week of news drip fed out by various parties. So the first week of December could be good. Let's hope so.
The message I take is if lawyers are involved it's a good sign. Couldn't care less about their fees, number of workers etc, as we'll likely never know that and it's all a but pointless arguing about!
Please RNS us Eurasia, as bickering is becoming rife due to inactivity and zero news!
The frustrating and boring reality is, we are all at the mercy of the process going on behind closed doors. And because we have had no real information or updates, we are living in speculation city. This is causing predictions to go through the roof on occasion, and lots of discussion on who the buyer is.
None of which affects the cloak and dagger reality , but is kind of interesting.
I would of course love the sale price to be as high as possible, but prefer to manage my own expectations with an amount on the low side. This way, should their be a sale and it ends up higher, I will only be pleased, not disappointed.
Expectation management is the name of the game. :-D
Given the RNS designed to calm buyers down when the price was threatening to burst through 40p, and the current price of 30p-ish, it's still reasonable and logical to assume a sale price of 45-55pish. Now that might be for a partial sale, because I believe the full sale would achieve a bit more say 60-70p.
For me, it's too big a leap to believe the sale price would be 300-600% from where we are now. Of course I would LOVE it to be, but the clues do not point that way, and I refuse to get carried away with frivolous ramping.
I'm not a deramper either, just someone who believes company purchasers do not pay what over excited investors think they should. They pay what they agree with the seller, and that has to be a compromise from both sides. Hence the word 'deal'.
Trolls eh?
You love em, you hate em, but you cannot live without them.
They bring balance to the board. And let's be honest, they are so obvious in their wind up / stirring methods it's more than a little amusing to watch them think they are funny. But then people bite, and that is more amusing (if a little sadly predictable).
And then once they are exterminated, someone has to bring their name back up. It's like a cycle of something, not sure what.
Puerileness?
Vacuity?
Or just plain old fashioned multi faceted faces of humanity?
Please sell the company EUA, or I may start to like this place..............
Now that's a high quality piece of speculation, it has merit. It cannot be a coincidence. When all these prices of evidence are collated it would seem highly probable you may all be onto something here.
Definitely food for thought.
You do know trolls are only in children's story books, along with pirates. Don't you?
Posting something you don't like or agree with doesn't make something trolling. It just makes for a little something outside the deluded clique.
I realise some of you think you own this bulletin board, but newsflash, you don't.
It's for everyone, so enjoy your pirates and fairy tale trolls, and let others post what they like without censure from you arrogant lot.
Thanks :-)
