If you're not in the cult / clique and dare to express a quite reasonable alternative opinion, you're the enemy to be castigated and derided at every opportunity.

If it wasn't so ridiculously pathetic it might be slightly irritating, but it's more amusing to watch them panic that a few people have seen through their little club of delusion and have no issue pointing it out to anyone interested.

Ramping is more irresponsible because it encourages wavering investors to throw their money in perhaps beyond their means.

There's a lot of selfish people on here looking after their own interests, and I'm not one of them. I just don't like uninformed, biased, subjective cliques putting other people down. It is pathetic but also very disturbing behaviour.

Thing is guys, you almost have to be provocative because the status quo here is SO heavily biased towards the sale of the century, that it has become a bit cult like and heavily one sided.

It's not a board for one way discussion but a discussion board where ALL viewpoints are aired.

Sadly, any apparent dissent is either scorned or abused, which says a lot about the type of people who spend inordinate amounts of time here.

I would suggest taking a look a yourselves, but it's kinda pointless as you so often prove to people able to think a bit more objectively.

It's not about casting doubt, it's about presenting an alternative viewpoint that is measured and balanced.

A lot of the posts on here that purport to be informed and researched, are subjective and blatant ramping.

Look, I get it, we all want to be rich, but reality will be the sale price if and when that happens. Anything before that, from ANY of us is pure conjecture, albeit occasionally presented with analysis.

It still doesn't matter. Given where the share price is now, and the RNS last week dampening down the rising share price, points to a (partial?) sale in the range of 50p ish.

So we are all speculating, that's kind of the point here. No amount of repeating outlandish projections or figures will change that. We are all at the mercy of others decisions however much we think otherwise.

So ALL opinions are valid, because it is not yet known what will happen, and what deal will be struck. It's all hypothetical, for now.

The board putting the brakes on the share price is a massive clue as to the value they expect to achieve for whatever they have a deal for.

So if we add 50-60 % onto the current of about 32p it comes to 50p ish. And given 50-60% is the expected premium on current share price for a sale, I think it's safe to say that if you add the two pieces of evidence together it comes out to an expected sale of 50p. That may well be for a partial sale, but it seems logical based on what we know for sure.

Any other figures are pure conjecture or not based in reality.

60% over current share price is approximately 50p so that is surely the likely sale price (or partial sale price)? Plus the RNS putting the brakes on the share price when it was approaching 40p likely means that 50p or thereabouts is what we are looking at for a partial or full sale.

Would certainly help the general tetchiness of this board and resolve things nicely..

For what it's worth, maybe the RNS was a direct message to LSE (and other places) rampers to calm down and stop pushing the share price too far north. Have you considered that? Probably not, as it would mean thinking outside the cosy delusion of the clique.

I must remember, it's the so called bots who are to blame, never the board clique.

Crikey you're a testy lot. Opinions other than rampy ones seem to be scorned or smeared. It's like a creepy club where only 'valid' views are allowed to be uttered. It doesn't cross your mind that anyone else might have a point.

And then if it's not backed up with 'facts' it's again sneered at. The fact is, this is a gamble, and it's a gamble because it's wagering money on a promise. All driven by greed. And yes, I'm greedy like all of you, but I'm a realist who would rather believe a sale of 50-80p possible than £1.50+. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than bitterly disappointed.

So carp away and show yourselves up for the children you act like. I don't give a dickybird, because this place is entertainment, with some good opinions here and there.

Will it sell or not, no-one knows, but either way, this is still a playground with unwitting victims and the usual insecure bully types with zero self awareness.

The market is confidence based, regardless of what deluded posters may say. It will open down, and probably steadily drop over the day to about 27-28p. It's a reset, because the RNS is technically correct, there is no official news.

And that makes people nervous. Not deramping, just fact.

He's got exactly what he wanted. Everyone talking about him. If that's not manipulation, I don't know what is.

As said above, he's not God, he's not anyone special, just someone who has enjoyed playing this board - very very well I might add.

And now he's shown his true colours, by throwing a dose of fear into the ranks of shareholders.

There's a lot of finger in the air guesses, dressed up as informed calculations. Frankly, it's anyone's guess until (IF) a deal is finalised and publicised.

Conservatively, if a full sale somewhere between 50p - 80p. Partial sale, somewhere between 30-45p.

Of course it could be much more or not much more. I suspect lots are getting carried away with their imaginations, and coming out with fanciful figures. To be balanced and sensible I would err on the cautious side and don't expect anything over £1 per share, but that doesn't fit in with the over excited nature of some.

I always plan for the worst and hope for the best. So of course it would be amazing to sell the company for £3+ a share, I just don't expect that to happen. Doesn't mean it won't.

So somewhere between 35p and £1 for partial or full sale. :-)
