A lot of psychology involved here. We're all guilty of it. If anyone invests a lot of money in any share they will cling to the positives because the alternative doesn't bear thinking about. Really-a lot of (potential) valuations for E and M have been bandied about (�10, 15,20mill?). If anything like those figures was an imminent prospect the sp wouldn't be languishing at or near its low point.

Yes those are important factors but as I say nobody is in a hurry to progress it. If there were two big players in the mix it would get the hurry up for sure. Again time will tell

Mankayan and Eureka have effectively been in play for years. Don't you think that any half decent offer would have been accepted by now? It hasn't happened. That's the reality of the situation.

if you have been invested long enough that Goldfields BV did an in depth study of Mankayan as part of their due diligence. This was handed over to Bezant when Goldfields decided not to proceed. Makes me wonder why any potential deal wouldn't have moved forward by now. Prickly- might be worth trying to establish the precise tenure of the licences in Philippines and Argentina??

�3mill m/c reflects the very real risk that the company will fold before anyone stumps up to develop Mankayan and/or Eureka. It's unrealistic to think that we can just keep on issuing more shares ad infinitum without an end product. As I said before , third parties might be better off waiting to pick up these concessions cheaply as and when Bezant expires. That may be a pessimistic view but the market price reflects this. I know you've got a lot of skin in this game so I hope your optimism is rewarded.

a complete shambles. I understood that Choco was purchased to fasttrack the company to profitability and provide us with much needed cashflow. I hasn't happened. The other projects appear to be mired in endless negotiations (well that's the impression given) but they require large cash injections and who's going to provide that without a lion's share of the (eventual)rewards. These are only licences to mine which is why the balance sheet looks so flimsy. When's the next cash call due?

You're spot on. Problems are 1. Much so called good news in the public domain but the sp continues to bump along at or near the bottom. 2. The assets held require a huge amount of funding to bring them to production ( Particularly Mankayan } which s why Goldfields walked away I suspect. Be far cheaper to bid for BZT but nobody has. 3. Weak management has destroyed shareholder value and I don't think much of CB either. 4. Just waiting for another fundraising to keep the life support going. Too late to sell obviously but I'm not tempted to throw good money after bad with this basket case.

Suggest there will soon be another placing at 1p which I would certainly take up this time. Got great management here and sure there will be a rerating later in the year.

You do like your speculative miners don't you? Just got back from Cuba to see yet another cash raising exercise. Not at all surprised. I'd give it until mid year to see how this eventually pans out (no pun intended) but suspect it will roll on and on until nobody will put up further cash.
