It’s been an amazing 6 months on RKH and BOR and justified 15 years of patience. If PRD could do as well as them over next few weeks then it really would be party time.

Wish all my shares had gone up 6 fold over last 12 years that’s 16% per annum!

I’m very happy with BOR. I’m 400% up on my purchase and have top sliced 1/3 as I always do when price has x 3 from purchase.

The tentative share price movements this week just show how nervous and risk averse markets are at the moment. We are in a binary situation probably less than a couple of weeks away from champagne or calamity with good odds in our favour I believe. A few years ago this would be way above 10p at this point.

So perforation successful should mean the well has been effectively opened to the reservoir and should be capable of flowing hydrocarbons — a key milestone

Peel were involved with a truly shocking debt/funding arrangement at SAR via a financing company called RiverFort that absolutely destroyed the share price and in my view SAR were only saved by a fund raise from private investors. I can’t stand Peel and we should sever any connections.

There is a scene early in the entertaining romcom A Good Year with Russel Crowe where he “gloats” through a crowded City bar with a swagger having enjoyed a stupendous day on the bond markets. I have had a lot of stick over 15 years of holding DES, FOGL, BOR and RKH from friends in the oil industry who have always derided and poo poo’d the Falklands story and I will have no trouble at all gloating through a room of these cynics once FID has been made and oil starts to flow.

Are there any other oil and gas exploration companies in the area that would benefit from this recruitment drive or is it a real thumbs up specifically to PRD. If so it’s unbelievably exciting .. a bit more than breadcrumbs and ducks

There is an article in The Times today about new cancer treatments. I have emailed Dr Parker this morning and suggested he writes a letter to The Times today highlighting what SAR are doing.

Agree Celtic .. £500 million is not impossible. So £4 a share. Not quite Thoth’s £8 (based on a £1 billion valuation) but still a very handsome profit for most of us.
