" The Facility Agreement provides a $3.0million working capital facility, for draw-down at the Company's calling post completion of the Acquisition, to support future innovation and acquisition orientated activity by the Company. The term of the Facility is up to 12 months from Completion (the "Availability Period"). The interest payable will be 0.5% (monthly) on funds not drawn and 1% (monthly) on funds drawn. " SB

SS - Let's hope there is a plan for an end of year surge. I liked your notes on .wedding / it will be interesting to see how it performs over time - quite a lot of registrations are clearly couples sharing details of their upcoming nuptials - so there may be reasonable turnover - but it's a good brand to have in our locker. SB

I don't think the shareholder loan has been drawn down. I think we are still paying $15k a month for the facility - that's quite a few domains to shift just to cover the cost. It did make me wonder at the time why we needed. SB

Hopefully this is an attempt to secure some premium income as we are now in the last month of our financial year. Still no sign that 8.vip has been sold! There is also a considerable adult inventory which could be moved - possibly with a review on pricing expectations. Our full year figure for last year included a chunk of income from Chinese VIP sales - which we have already been told will not be repeated on the same scale. ICM income and EBIDTA will likely make up that shortfall - but it would be disappointing if our legacy business shows a significant income decline in H2 2018. It may be there is an update provided to coincide with next weeks AGM. There is also the issue of what we are doing with our $3m shareholder loan - the benefit for which we pay interest every month. Looks like Lombard remain a steady buyer at these prices which bodes well. SB

Bakky - Good timing - I was looking at the same exercise only last night! I am pretty sure that the renewals are being made at higher prices than the lower initial purchase price - so yes domain growth doesn't look great - but the average price is increasing so revenue per domain will be greater. I would like the board to provide some clarity on this - we know what the ICM pricing is - we should have some guidance on average revenue by domain for rest of portfolio to remove guesswork. Add in .xxx and a bit of .review and we will be about 1.75m based on current state. SB

Looks like there may be a bit of traction in .luxe - if I thought we could maintain 50-100 registrations a day this could be a great domain over time. I think there was reference to the mmx providing some clarity on standard and premium registration pricing in future reports (they did report this as a KPI for a while) - and we do have a dedicated premium sales team - so it would be reasonable to assume some of the registrations have been done at decent prices? I would like a trading update either before year end - or more likely early 2019 - to try and address and improve the current share price. SB

I think the first 2.1m of henry's purchases were included in the new Lombard holdings RNS released on Monday. The next 1.68m purchases didn't trigger another release because it didn't increase their holding above 15% - but Lombard now hold c.114.1M shares. SB

I was in London earlier this week but cannot attend next weeks event - which has been referred to on a number of occasions and looks like a good investor opportunity to hear first hand from business including mmx.

The domain cost club web site provides some useful guidance on gtld pricing - some of the geo prices are pretty decent - although even they don't come close to the ICM prices which are market leading. And despite London prices we know what a lemon that one is!

With the recent L+C and Lombard purchases our major shareholder registrar now accounts for 63% of our shares in circulation - not including those hovering below the 3% declaration level. SB

Maybe I should have mentioned a 15p share price in addition to my comment about a domain surge being a nice way to finish the year....!! SB

I can sell at 5.802 - and buy at 5.88 - spread tightening. If the 5.802 prices are sells - al least they are being picked up - and there does appear to be an appetite for more at these prices hence the price isn't getting hammered again. SB

....and yet the price ticks up despite what appears to be about 4 million shares sold yesterday. It might have been a quick opportunistic in and out from someone who snapped up some of the 5.2p trades and made a 10%+ return in a week - good trading if so. There is a growing number of deletes coming up - hoping it peaks soon and there is an end of year surge. SB

So - post .luxe and DUMS business as usual - what's next. We still have two TLD's to launch - any idea what's the plan/programme here? Plus we are still in the running for some auctions - some income would be good - unless we think .hotel and .gay add value - guess it depends on the price. Not sure about .music - only because I would be concerned the commercial deal struck with our partner may have 'london' issues. There is also the $3m loan sitting in the business for another innovation product. Might be worth reflecting on .luxe before we jump into anything else . SB

That's what was worrying me...

A number of luxe registrations appear to be luxury brand related - armani, lancome, bentley, givenchy - so there is awareness - or are these being registered by Alibaba for onward sale?

Plus 1.luxe - surely this would have been sold at a premium and not the standard GA price? SB

5.6p to sell and 5.9p to buy. Quite a spread and doesn't appear to be recovering following the 5.2p trades last week. No other RNS holdings announcements - so we are left to wonder who took the other 18m shares in the Janus trades. The registration timings around luxe are not helping me work out whether the current small volumes are the tail enders of the early access programme - or the start of the general availability. I'm hoping its tail end.....or the hype and marketing spend may not deliver meaningful numbers. Early days I guess. SB

Looks like L+C picked up 5m new shares (presumably part of the Janus trades) last week; although their holding has actually increased by 9.4m shares in total from their last declared holding of 112m - now up to 121.5m shares. Interesting to see who else has picked up shares at last weeks 5.2p price. Wonder if Guy Elliott sees value at this price. SB

I managed so pick some up at 5.2p - bit lucky with my timing as I clearly didn't see last nights trading frenzy coming, although I had noted there was a large seller kicking around - and I guess between us we should have worked out who it was based on the recent RNS. Lets hope there's no more drama to come - at least not until next week.....SB
