Hi Guys Just my 2p worth on SAYE being an ex employee who saved for shares using SAYE.
IF I remeber correctly and its been a long time since I was involved with Tesco and its SAYE, but isnt it a savings scheme with the OPTION to buy shares at a discount to the price at the time the scheme starts ie your contributions start,and once the scheme mature you have the OPTION TO BUY those shares at the discounted price , Now WHEN you HOLD those shares( the date ) doesnt that determine if you qualify for a dividend ? or is a special dividend under different rules?

stating the obvious of course theres been some very nice buys today,Could be some one bargain hunting

If my memory serves me right Isnt this the process that Keith trialed along with others to see if it was feasable for us to use in the process pre PFS if I remember. And KC believed it not to be the right way to go for us,at least at that time anyways.I havent heard of anyresason he would change his mind ,unless the process had been tweaked enough to make it worth considering ,as it stands I think we have it covered with out their help IMO of course

as this site was down I went over to the London stock exchange to get idea of what trades were going on and noticed some thing I hadnt seen before, OFF BOOK TRADES now the Google says its a trade off the stock market between two parties, is this just the usual way things are done ? as I cant think all the trades arelike that but WTFDIK! anyone clear that up?
