Once EMH get to mining and processing this things should be on the up regarding actual need for the product be that Carbonate or Hydroxide,just a matter of getting DFS and the finance , then a clear time line could be arrived at, which IMO will be right on cue for supplying the European Giga factories , be it Tesla, VW or any others who are building in Europe.Battery manufacturers or car manufacturers who want to make their own batteries like Tesla , we could be on time to produce for any of them at the right time .

I am of the opinion that the Gov/CEZ WILL ok everything , to be largest share holder what ever that is , above KDNC 19.2 % so theoreticly 20% or up to 29.99% without shareholder approval to go further I believe??? Their goals have to be the same as ours its just How the pie is sliced and into how many more pieces, that the upshot of it all I guess. we wait.......

Taking this paragraph from their RNS this morning seems to suggest CEZ WILL be (When DD done and passed) THE largest share holder in EMH that above 19.2 %( might of altered slightly)and not just a significant shareholder, 20% or more..?..

at this moment in time there is a supply glut but only because the Giga factories have yet to be built up and running making the Cars and Batteries there WILL be a Lithium shortage come the time many Giga factories are expected to start production AND EMH their production of either Carbonate or Hydroxide depending on what one prospective customer needs at the time, The shift is towards Hydroxide as we know but at this moment in time the lithium battery world is slowly moving from carbonate to Hydroxide so WE CAN give our customers exactly what they need, How many others can do that at a low cost? LOW cost?We have the ability to make a profit when others cant, that will make any investors, banks, governments! happy about getting returns, more likely to invest with EMH than some others ( IMO)The price of Lithium WILL go up when these Gigafactories and EVs start needing it simples! A deal is there to be done , if not a few.......OFF TAKERS just have to be in talks with EMH

Lithium is on or near its bottom IMHO So when EMH are producing it should coincide with the need for more and more Lithium, if you go by what MAJOR Car manufacturers are hopeing to produce in the way of EVs and I would like to think a lot better price for both Carbonate and Hydroxide, KC has used 12k others went way over to make themselves seem more attractive IMO we are solid no bragging no fancy graphs, just says what it is and at a conservative cost 12k when it comes to dealing with those off takers that would be a miniumum I would think and likely to be more, all in my opinion mind its the way I see the future of Lithum prices and where EMH sit regarding production timing ( assuming all goes well) we will see no doubt .

indeed Keith Does think the DD will be done in sept so any time after sept in theory.

When we have a good day of buying over selling we stay put and when it selling over buying we stay put, anyone got any ideas as to why?there should be some movement .

One other good thing we can fo is carbonate and hydroxide

remember KC has said there is the option to produce Carbonate and Hydroxide depending on the needs of the clients , yes going forward Hydroxide is the version to ultimatly choose but we can do both and therefore supply anyone in theory,EMH are so adaptable as well as having a shed load of Lithium on the European carmanufactuers doorstep,whats not to like ?

Tesla almost did a deal with BCN a few years back but I think BCN wernt keen after finding out how little he wished to pay per ton ,IMO compared to todays price even when its dipped slightly, IF only he offered more .... I hope who ever is thinking of investing with us , pays a fair price, Market price I think is what many prefer at the time .

A few years ago the thought of a Car manufacturer investing into a Mine(s) was poo pooed,saying all they needed to do was get a Off takers deal , Well I still thought WHY NOT? if you own part of the company that , providing it processes it to the battery stage , you off set some of your Off taker deals, AND IF you are big enough to invest heavily ,you COULD CONTROL more too,theres more than one way to make thing happen , but IF you have the clout/money get large chunks of all the stages to end product your profit will be bigger

it amazes me why when we get an temporary over supply due to spod and lack of refining it and at a reasoable cost, all thats reported is over supply of Lithium !! not so much as to why and for how long and more importantly a few years in the future HOW much lithium is going to be needed??? to make all these batteries for all the cars everyone is saying they are going to build? why are they building Giga factories??? spod over production glut is ****ing it up yes but only temporarlily AIMO.
