Tesla being sooo big right now, would it be the perfect time to invest , relative peanuts
for a big slice of 49% and off taker deal? VW would HAVE to pay up too if Tesla did and anyone else too not wanting to be left behind,with this being very Germany pointed sounds like KC has the right idea to get assistance from DGWA ,Frankfurt will surely play a larger role in this, and also the Czech stock exchange when we get listed ,more investors to push the sp up! before a BIG!!!!! offer is put on the table? or get in before that happens?. very much my opinion but why not? Got to be some early investment from interested parties .... Things wont happen over night but work is carrying on , everyday we are nearer and nearer.

I cant remember who do supply VW with their batteries at the moment but wernt they going to supply their own?
I wonder then as is often mentioned Investment from VW at an early point in the supply chain ie CINOVEC , EMH might make strategic good sense, as with all these partner ships going on things are hotting up,

I wonder if the reason for the New funding facility is to fund NEW activities not factored in to the deal at the time, possibly DGWA being one who could put us intouch with investors of a significant nature, further bolstering up EMH position, I dont know if listing on the Czech exchange costs alot but if Geomet are to do that then theres that cost I dont know if that would be shared 51% 49% tho.any other unforseen costs?
In my opinion the decision to introduce DGWA into the mix is a progressive one , designed to facilitate the larger investor we desire to move forward with construction etc who is it? FIIL but maybe DGWA do....

As far as im aware Krupa hasnt even reached 3% threshold in EMH to be a automatic notification, and they were only on 1.8 m last time I heard.They may well be buying on open market slowly of course.
