didnt REM have to make a take over bid for BCN if they went over a certain % ? but you could buy 5% or something over a year not sure exactly what it was but you can get over the threshold for a take over that way , maybe REM /KDNC have done the extra % that way? Different stock markets different rules,

ive always be of the opinion, since Alix/Lit Aus moved in next door to scoop up inferior grade lithium that Sonora had to be a no brainer, after all why would a well known outfit like Lit Aus want in? They see what we got and want some of their own, only thing is I knew we should of bought up that land too but someone said no. we coulkd of sold it off made some cash but hey ho maybe it was already in some ones eye sight then,thumbs up for Sonora from Lit Aus , but what do they no about anything eh? lol

we are just shifting through the gears now in this Marathon, breaking the weak, only the strong will get to the end lol

in EMH too and well up also ,down here but not by too much

I have held 12 million of these since we were just invested in BCN ,Greenland,and Yangibana, not sold any either since then we have invested in EMH MMs,and a few others that make this a very good investment to spread your exposure to the Lithium market, no Crystalball but news is approaching on a few fronts at our two most interesting investments BCN,EMH.

I guess he would be first to know but also , in the world of business isnt htat what everyone would expect a contract to sell their product not un heard of or un expected but I guess specific news would be naughty lol but hey ho How do you say hen its inside knowledge when its not if you the deal maker for BCN etc only feel its going right and pile in?hmmm grey area

Cant see why BCN would train up people when there isnt anyhting to train them to do, Pilot plant running nicely giving samples away to various offtakers lots to prove you can get Lithium from clay and the right quality too the reason for the continual plant running a condition by some body possibly???

just a thought and not thought through so forgive that but maybe possibly Tesla have their initial Lithium source but want their longer term supply from the JV area in 5 years time? so arent going to splash the cash yet ? mean while BCN are flogging their La vantana to the Asians as they can see the need for a now sale or contract and hopefully money to fund the rest of any projects coming up in future Maybe the JV ? and maybe Tesla and or anyone else Panasonic can fund or participate in that too, and they might have a subtantial under the radar holding by then too just thoughts

Can any one tell me When A pilot plant is a pilot plant adn becomes some thing more ? What I mean is is there a cut off point of the amount of Lithium for samples? then it becomes production proper?

if an Asian offtaker for non JV lithium its ok then presumably?
