BCN have to own shares in that company if a offer is made ? would BCN buy into EMH? or REM so they cou;d hold shares in the third party if they wanted to do it of course

those JVs one looked like it was being wrapped up for some one to take, still could be just with better conditions in it foir the owners BCN 70% REM 30% and REMS % OF BCN too it still possible with others aware its there too bidding war for chunks of Sonora lots of potential off takers testings the samples many samples needed . Hydroxide process doesnt haver to be done at Sonora but at Gig factory assuming they have the PROCESS to do it and the room lol!!!!

not alluding to Tesla and Panasonic just who ever the discussions are with....

maybe Panasonic will have the possible agreement and Tesla the deal with them ,at least the RNS says Negotiations in respect to offtake agreements with these potential partners are ongoing and will continue in tandem with the preparation of the FS.
