copped another hand full myself this morning .... and I bought a few more shares too!! lol

EMH recovered a lot today in AUS after an initial sell off that shows there are buyers willing to pick up these cheap shares,

sounds like we all know whats going on now we just need the market realise this is good to go, mind you it dotn stop people wanting the price down to get in and watch it fly , Human nature eh?

Babis will try and say to the people that HE has had the MOU invalidated ( not cancelled yet by the way) so he is seen to have done what he promised to do. There will be an election of course as no one wants to join with him, far too Dodgy for the intellectual Czechs to deal with imo

I see the disscussions with off takers as very positive for EMH after all why bother if you thought EMH would be pushed out by Czech government, IMO the off takers are carrying on as usual, as EMH are. its just the phaffing political cr@p thats stuffed things up, temporarily , remember EMH and the Czech gove want the Lithium to be mined and processed and as much down stream production as possible to remain in the Czech republic BOTH parties want this AND if those off takers are from out side the Czech republic they know this too and would I be a part of that downstream and or processing part of things within the Czech republic. all as it was supposed to be and will be imo.

Any termination of the MoU would not in any way affect the exploration rights of the Company or the Company's tenure over its exploration permits and the Company continues to progress the project with ongoing metallurgical testwork, discussions with offtakers and preparations for feasibility drilling underway.

Czech republic cant afford to have other investors willing to create businesses and jobs and oppurtunities in their country, put off by this political nosense by Babis

There will be further talks ona new agreement BEFORE the MOU is eithewr amended or scrapped so EMH can carry on why ???? try to prevent EMH getting on with things when no one else is allowed to for many years when ship has sailed!!!! no body wins then, I hope others make Babis see sense for the Czech republic tghat big draw for other investors will dissapear if EMH are prevented from doing business , it would be a risk for them ,and for Czech republic

On the question of why the Czechs had denounced EMH a Memorandum of Understanding, MIT spokeswoman �těp�nek Filipov� referred to Tom� H�ner's (on behalf of YES) resignation of the Minister in the resignation of Tom� H�ner. He, among other things, said he wanted to end the misinterpretation and speculation that took place around the memorandum. who has misinterpretated the MOU? it non binding . H�ner said on Thursday he wanted to find a two-sided solution that would close the entire lithium memorandum case. "Unfortunately, EMH did not, despite the promised promise, take adequate steps to resolve the situation," he said. "My patience is not endless, EMH has not responded within the set deadline, so I decided to proceed to the only possible step, declaring the memorandum invalid," he added. and this is the bit that I feel is face saving for the Czech Gov or Babis which ever way you want to look at that, I see that as THEY have declared the MOU invalid its ALL they can do. and are seen to be doing by the Czech people, but Laws take president , but this election football was over MOU specificly or Austrailian stealing thier Lithium ? wiggle room for a better deal for the Czech people which we all knew would be the case so it is business as usual politicle phaffing will calm down and WE can get on with things.

I read that agreement between Austrailian/Czech as being in place from 1993 and is still in place so EMH are covered by that agreement, the MOU was imo a way to show faith by both parties EMH and Czech gov and carry forward, until Hi Jacked by Babis for his own political reasons which are on going
