I believe this crises has been a wake up call for the board and management. And I see a renewed effort once this dispute comes to a conclusion of deceasing costs like overtime, sick pay, VR. And increasing efficiency through revisions, making people finish on time and not before shift etc etc etc

Sometimes it takes a crises to take action....

Something good comes out of every crisis....

Just on adminstration and share price, I fail to understand his logic ...the share price is holding up well because there is another bit to IDS, the bit he despises , the bit that has a gig economy model with prison like work conditions, this bit actually makes a profit, it's called GLS AND is worth £2.5to £4 a share.....oh and then there is MR K, who is snapping up shares....maybe that's why the share price is not 50p MR DW.

I fail to understand what DW AND CWU have achieved in 1 year of talks, and they still want to keep talking, they even offered to talk over the Easter weekend, just questioning why they keep wanting to go back to talks , is it the receptionist at the hotel , or waitress , or the free tea and biscuits.....they have definitely taken liking to something...

The company is IDS that includes the highly profitable GLS. IDS are not going to allow GLS to bail out RM. When you refer to the company why dont you correctly talk about RM profits which were not £700 million. It is RM part of IDS that is in jeopardy not GLS.

RM could be put into administartion but IDS will survive and that is why its worth investing at the current low share price which is some 60% down from Jan last year.

AngerSharkz , for some moments I was of the view we are watching a shareholders meeting , when he was talking about change in working hours, change to parcels.

Plus I am sure the cwu have told their reps in relation to revisions not to get involved, so RM have had a free hand in implementing actions

So after the agreement the executive action will probably slow down but not stopped

The agreement is below par for its members, and it's used the new starters as a sticking point...

The cwu is hush at the moment, but I believe this agreement will be out to members for voting

If the members vote yes, which I think is the likely, it will turn around and say we were not happy with the agreement but you have voted for it, so accept it...

And if they vote no, the. Members and Cwu are screwed.....

Either way the CWU has exonerated itself from taking the blame and shoved all responsibility on the members

I would be asking where is the 15 million going to , the subs members pay to CWU

So the main sticking point is new starters, so they are not bothered about existing members....

These new starters may not even be members of the cwu....
