I've written this off now (painful experience). Doubt if we will get our money back. Been waiting for good news for years!! Will believe it when I see it. Not getting my hopes up.

Also not much of a discount/bargain for getting in early if they got a convertible loan in issue at 35cents currently

If it is 31 cents we only have a very small proportion eg just under 1 million shares. In which case can’t see us getting much of a return.

Steve thanks for the update - can you please recheck and confirm what the average price per share is as per email? Eg is it 31cents or 0.31cent? As that will make a substantial difference. Thanks

The shares Which are referred to not held in public hands are the total of CCC, John Zorbas & Hargreaves. The total is the exact amount referred to on the website. Previously Hargreaves was likely not included due to being slightly below 10% and is now as it has gone above the threshold.

Shareholders clearly waiting to see if Zorbas sticks to his word and if he leaves end of month. Can see another EGM if he doesn’t.

From the attached twitter survey it is clear 82% of 125 people who took part in survey think Zorbas will not leave by end of month.

It has been stated in a previous RNS. It has the same registered address as Zorbas Cyprus company - what coincidence.

As part of the Alerion deal shares were issued to Elliott Talbott . Allegedly Elliot set of Corrales to hold his shares. Coincidentally based in Cyprus ??
