Very quiet here considering results have to be out by end of play Friday - 3.5 days left - make or break time.

Any guesses on price tomorrow? Don't forget we have just over 9% shares in MRS, also have/had cash.

Cheap is a understatement - current market cap isn't far off MRS investment value & cash only.

Yeap worth an RNS when it cost well over £1m.

TR1 RNS's are normally delayed by a week or so. Take a look at last one - threshold crossed on 28th of June and RNS came out on 4th July.

Bachmann at 8 million on register before yesterday's 1 mill sell. Hence currently 7m left - 3.6% holding. Not long to go now. (Source - twitter)

Star, as per aim regulations no notification is required with holdings of less than 3%. Hence once Bachmaan slips below 3% those on the sidelines will no longer know how many shares he has left, hence they either jump in as he is almost out or miss out (As they will never know when he has sold). Once lower than 3% his holding becomes irrelevant - there are PI's with larger holdings I believe.

Operational update expected within this month. Tomorrow book build shares form part of market cap. Also expect RNS stating Bachmann holding to have dropped between 5-6%. Bachmann selling is only reason share price falling. Once his holding below 3% herd will jump in. The BOD may also be waiting for Bachmann to reduce his holding before news is announce.

Oh well what's £350 when you have so little cash anyway. Business must be really complex that the BOD are having difficulty to complete the accounts in time. We should be thankful to them for all the progress they have made in the last few years as they couldn't have made a bigger mess if they tried.

2017 accounts now on Leeds website. Pretty dull as expected. They just waiting to blow the last £200k

Last day to report the annual results and we still have nothing. Look's like the BOD are busy collecting their belongings and turning the lights off.
