If a concert party is recognised 2 options 1) Takeover offer at 6.5p 2) if they can’t do that they will have disqualify their shares from voting - the proportion over 30%.

Price is incorrect as offer price would need to be 6.5p due to highest price paid in last 12 months.

Trout - that is correct. Voting closes on Thursday the 16th but for shares to count they must be settled which is normally done on T2 (2 working days).

Today is the last day for anyone thinking of topping up to buy participate in the voting. Any small or large top ups will contribute significantly to the final outcome.

Wonder why they didn’t put the Q&A up? As they were making a live recording?

It won’t be posted as the BOD took a total bashing from the shareholders in the Q&A. BOD made a swift exist except JZ who had already put his notice in.
