The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
OFD - Just to put you at ease even after consolidation ANR has double the amount of shares compared to URU will have after consolidation. You simply can't just look at MC and share price without looking at number of shares.
OFD - the 2 are different companies so can't compare on that basis. URU present MC is 1.76m at say 0.25 per share. To maintain the same MC after consolidation price would have to be £2.50. If it did drop to say £1.25 after consolidation that would mean MC of only 880k substantially less than investment in MRS, ignoring cash etc.
OFD if after the consolidation the price went down to £1.50. That would mean the MC of URU would be less than their investment in MRS - can't see that happening. Everyone here seems to be focusing on price per share and not market cap. This is ridiculously low at present and that will remain after consolidation.
