Dallas - the BOD has lied to investors in all their RNS communications. You just have to look at the amount times re- financing has been mentioned or the placing last year to which Leon Hogan was allowed to take place even through he was not a employee or contractor. He then didn’t even issue a TR1. The BOD have admitted to this - what action have the authorities taken - zilch!!

It’s always better to get confirmation from the fraudsters themself.

Once you establish the relationship the fraud becomes clear.

Investigations are currently on going. The NOMAD is in too deep to just walk away. They need to be seen by AIM regulators as assisting and finding solutions. The rns today and the one on 15th of April were likely enforced by the NOMAD.

Best to call rather than e-mail as you won't get a response, they do talk to you if around. Avoid leaving a message as again they won't come back to.

Petwilkinson - if the valuation comes substantially below the £1.3m and the conflict of interest shows there are issues of concern it is then clear that this is fraudulent transaction. In which case it should be treated as such with repercussions for the BOD and all those involved. A fraudulent transaction can be cancelled I believe.

The RNS today has probably been enforced by the authorities. The scope of the report will also have been set by the authorities (You'd hope).

Interesting that there was no mention of the refinancing in that update. You would think that would be one of the most important issues to give a update on.

We’ll get there. The fact they’ve had to admit wrong doings like the placing & now the TR1 assures me the pressure is building from the authorities. Also the fact LH is still in the run from twitter. This is all part of the authorities making them come clean.

Look's like the pressure mounting on for the crooks - must have been forced to issue that TR1. Hope someone bothered to double check his holding - how he crossed the threshold yesterday is a miracle.
