Great discussion. Do either of you have any thoughts on the "cessation of certain commercial agreements" mentioned before. Is this likely to be the ore supply arrangement or product off take or something else?

Information seems minimal but I would assume it refers to some sort of agreement currently in place with a competitor (or competitors).

Personally I can see a 10x from these levels. I am not quite as enthusiastic about the potential price as some are but a lot of this will now depend on interest in our newly discovered Lithium deposit. Either way I think 30p is achievable if dilution is minimised and we minimise our tin costs with other mineral sales.

I think the main drag on the price at the moment (and rightly so) is the uncertainty regarding dilution requirements for phase 2. Once that info gets out there and if it isn't a doomsday scenario percentage wise, then it should climb quite nicely as production news flows.

At 3p though I think this is a bargain.

I should qualify the previous statement as obviously if a company can't keep the lights on there is no company! What I meant by this is are the situation where keeping the lights on actually means raising money to pay exorbitant salaries for loss making entities. I see nothing of concern like that with Afritin.

I think the opinion from management is clear based on previous interviews. If recovery is economic for anything they find and there is a market for it they will likely pursue it. It makes perfect sense to extract as much as they can from the mined material whilst it is travelling round the plant - it keeps costs as low as possible. It sounds like they have designed the plant to be somewhat modular and plugging in of additional circuits doesn't sound like a problem based on the last interview.

There is of course the issue of dilution to shareholders for build of stage 2 which has been a concern all along for many investors myself included. It would seem that efforts were made to make it loud and clear in the last interview that they are trying to avoid dilution and are concentrating on debt instruments. I am quite relaxed about this at 3p because I feel if there is a dilution they will do their best to minimise it and the downside from the current price is small versus the profit that phase 2 will unlock. It is always appreciated when a dilution is an investment for future income rather than keeping the lights on.

I think it is taking time for the market to catch on that there is more to Afritin than tin. Once they start showing actual sales of other material and we are not constrained by any tin price movements I expect a significant move north. I wonder if we were called AfriLithium whether we would currently be down at 3p, I suspect not.

Fantastic RNS. Potential for four deeps to be on test in the next few weeks and existing shallow well workovers already yielding per well improvements in flow of up to 50%.

10.75p is looking very cheap.

I believe there is some disagreement over existing tailings or at least someone claiming they are entitled to them. I did email the company regarding rights over the tailings on their existing licence areas but didn't get a response.

Did I correctly hear Anthony say that this is only 1 of 100 pegmatites on their licence area and just this one pegmatite makes it one of the largest tin deposits in the world?

Lithium and Tantalum production from effectively waste material, additional circuits for these easily plugged in to the plant and simple to achieve?

Dilution is a swear word and concentrating on debt facilities (Greg Parsons of MARL fame is Chairman with proven experience in company building and funding).

Massive upside potential here.

We know the phase 1 plant has included tantalum recovery. So if we assume that at this stage there is no Lithium production then phase 1 generates 720 tonnes of tin and 46 tonnes of tantalum.

I have assumed a production cost of $15,000 for tin as the figure quoted by the CEO in a previous interview. I have not assumed anything for tantalum production based on the fact that the source material is mined and separated as part of the tin plant.

A rough figure therefore is a profit of $8.5m or circa $7.5m at 85%.

Phase 2 targets 5,000 tonnes tin p.a. That increases profit to around $52m.

This is with no Lithium production and may require adjustment for any specific tantalum costs.

All this for a company currently worth £21m.

Cheap as chips.

Incredible resources for a company that continues to fly under the radar of the vast majority of the investment community. All those resources and we are already in phase 1 production yet somehow the company is only worth £21m?

It is great to know the tantalum ratio at last, it's another great reason why the tin price trading up and down by a couple of thousand a ton is of little consequence and shouldn't affect the share price negatively at all.

As for the Lithium, well it doesn't take a genius to work out what would happen to the share price of a Lithium junior if they made an announcement like that.

All good estimates but will be reliant on new money coming in to drive the increases. It seems that CASP is a bit under the radar and the majority of people here are already loaded up so difficult to see where the new money is coming from as the company doesn't seem to get much publicity from the investment sites? The most recent YouTube coverage is also over a year ago and the most recent video staring Clive is nearly two years old.

Strangely I have mixed feelings. As much as I want Vanchem to complete I am actually more interested in BE and what's happening there with electrolyte supply. Just me?

@Ninvestor I believe SETS is a requirement for both AIM50 and dual listing with JSE. Many of us were surprised we didn't qualify for AIM50 at the time as we had the market cap to do so, it was then discovered that we didn't qualify because you have to be trading on SETS.

I think a move is inevitable down the line. I know there are many examples where moving to the main market hasn't necessarily boosted the price of a company but couple the fundamentals of BMN with a dividend and JSE listing and I think we can leave the cesspit of AIM far behind.

First will be the essential move to SETS for a dual listed company which should hopefully reduce the amount of manipulation that goes on.

Absolutely RichKen. My long term position has been and remains that when the Mokopane licence is granted there will be significant Chinese interests looking at BMN. This may not be a full takeover, as others have observed and recent experience at Mapochs shows this will more than likely be blocked. However I would certainly be on the lookout for initial MOU's/significant off takes to start with and potentially a % investment to follow.

Of course I am not guaranteeing anything, this is just my own opinion and any investors should of course do their own research and draw their own conclusions.
