Based on the increased issue since I original bought in, so 7 years last week, and using the average yearly increase over that time. I'd say 4.28 years. Not allowing for leap years and days off sick. :)

On 29 October 2018 InfraStrata plc's 100% owned subsidiary, Islandmagee Energy Limited exercised some historic options to purchase land that is required to progress the Islandmagee gas storage project (the "Project").

From todays RNS; Land purchase (as announced on 29 October and 21 December 2018) and associated easement payments £400k, plus the conctruction bits and bobs.

FWIW, in placings alone six, from 30/06/17 to today.
Obviously, and for clarity, there were also warrants, options and equity issued. Let's not go there. Tis what tis.
But, on the plus side, a lot of milestones have been reached. :)

Ah, the annual new years placing once again. Gotta love on continuity here. Old Bod, interim Bod and new Bod, always the same. It's like a family tradition passed down through the generations. Hey ho, if it's a requirement to get to us to the next phase, crack on.
We already knew they were going to need the £270,00 (now £400k) by the 15th April for the completion of the land purchases, but was hoping the PEF may have been done and dusted by then.
Anyone up for a consolidation? Say, 10:1 or 100:1 maybe. Get us out of pennies and make us more attractive to fund managers and the like. Just sayin..
Anyhoo, it's done now . The fact that the likes of BMD gets in on it once again leaves a bad taste but nothing will be done about it. They never do. Is he sh@gging someone at the RNS offices? ;)

Peter, a NOMAD is there to make sure what the company is telling you is correct. I beleive SP Angle were the NOMAD for MYSQ who were lying through their teeth regarding how well the company was doing unti CEO ran off with the money and they got susspended. So a reputable NOMAD is an important factor in protecting shareholders interests.

From the RNS of early December " The Directors have been advised by its current nominated adviser ("Nomad"), Northland Capital Partners Limited ("Northland") of its proposed merger with SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel"). Northland has voluntarily agreed to relinquish its Nomad status and will be removed from the register of Nomads with effect from 7am on 1 February 2019.

As a result, the Directors are in discussions with another Nomad and at present the Company anticipates a smooth and orderly transition of the Nomad role and will provide a further update as soon as practicable."

And from the 18th Dec RNS "The Company is pleased to announce that the transition to its new nominated adviser ("Nomad") is continuing smoothly and that the Company anticipates being able to announce the appointment of the new Nomad by mid/late-January 2019 following the completion of the due diligence process and a site visit to Barcelona which is scheduled for mid-January 2019."

My guess is it can't be SP Angel as they will be merging into a new company with Northland. And the company have already stated they looking at another company to take on the role. IMO anyhoo.

Sorry to jump in, in such a fashion. I took the plunge and joined LSE over the weekend. Was kinda fed up of not being able to fillter some of the cr@p being spouted. Not here, but elsewhere. As of yesterday I have held this stock for seven years. Jeeze, there's been some changes. Besides the dillution, which is never good, the relatively new re-shufffle of the BoD has been miraculous and so I don't begrudge any of them for taking up options and such. It seems in the most part it's instead of cash payments for work carried out. That shows confidence in what may come to pass. I going to stick with it till the end. Because, I hope the end will be as far away from here as the start was to here. Won't be adding that much as regards insightful postings. I may take the mickey or chuck in the odd joke here and there. But that's how I do things. Lifes too short and it's only money. If you've put in then you must be prepared to loose it. Easy as that.
