I don't see how they can say 97% have decided to remain invested in Poolbeg following the end of the lock-up period when they can't actually sell them yet. What they can say is that 97% rejected a cheeky 5.9p offer. Jury is out on how people will react, once they actually get hold of them. Imagine some just thought they could do better if they just hang on to them. I was was just hoping for a cheep top up. TBH :)

Give 'em some stick, Thompi. Should make no difference if you hold in a nominee account. Imagine the majority of us do, in some form or another. A corporate action notice should be passed on automatically. Barclays sent me a text to check my account for the the corportate action. How can they be waiting for the shares in one sentence and saying you can sell them now, "as the stock is live on the platform after it's lock-up period." Are they confusing the lock-in shares with the ones freely available on the market? Sounds like they are just fobbing you off, tbh.
As you said, If they can't get it right this time, how can you trust them when it really matters.
Doubt if anyone on the end of the phone will particularly care but might be worth changing brokers if you get no joy.

Not making excuses for missed dealines, but If you are going to take what was said verbatim you are setting yourself up to be disappointed should your interpretation not match what was meant by the statement of, "parking the question for another month". Or indeed, "get the agreements over the line". Are "agreements" actual contracts or finalising details to get to a signed contract? Stretching it further, it could just as easily be taken as to be the 1st of May, one month on.
So come next Friday and no news, don't think i'll be throwing the baby out with the bathwater as news could come the following Monday. Or.....
... actually, it does seem I am making excuses. I think history has conditioned me to be disappointed. lol

Checked the mmsi and imo numbers against the info details on the Belfast Harbour website.

It is indeed full, atm, Stokey. :) As well as the Avocet, not sure on time scales until finished, I guess they are dropping sections of the pontoon into the dry dock as and when they are completed. I would imagine they can't let the Avocet out until all sections are joined together, though. Looking at the recent pics of the first section, the ends are left open until the next piece is joined on and so on until the last section makes it water tight. Doubt they could lift it out of the way once a few sections are joined together due the weight constraints of the crane. That's just a guess though.

Regardsless of what anyone believes as the the ways of the market, one thing I do think, as a casual observer of the dark arts of TA, is we needed a few to sell some before we get the next leg up. RSI has been a tad high for the last few days and needed bit of consolidation. Just IMHO, of course. :)

FWIW, it had a similar ask yesterday morning, pre opening.
I did notice some large trades flash up on the chart yesterday but disappeared when changing from the the 5min to 1 hour chart. Thought something was going on in the background that would show up as a delayed trade later. Maybe that was the 1mil?
One thing of note, from a brief scan, they do tend to favour Monday RNS's. :)

Yeah, It has been the case where the hull is contstruction at one yard then floated out and moved elsewhere for the final fitting out. Then of course there is the construction of various blocks for a ship at different yards.
