I love the positivity Ivy, but most of us here took a long term view 3 years ago (some more, I am sure). Now I didnt expect to see fireworks for another couple of years, but I also didnt expect to see the value of my shares cut to a fifth of their origional value.
Now the share price doesn't bother me so much. I could just buy more and be quids in in a few years if it all works out. What bothers me is the selling of BCN, which I know we were forced to do, and this strategy of buying early stage assets and selling them before production to “realise value”. Unless the BOD turn round and pay me a dividend everytime they sell one of these assets, I cant see the benifit to me. And if the BCN Jvs are worth so much to KDNC, why not just buy BCN directly who own 70% of them anyway.

Absolutely nookie. I am very unhappy with how things are turning out. I sort of got the whole “invest into unlisted assets” and the deal in Argentina satisfies that stratagy. But then to go and imvest in prem? If I wanted to invest in PREM, I would invest in prem! Except I cant now because they are suspended. Not a vote of confidence.
I wanted to be invested in a company which will be involved in the processing of lithium, not investing in some tin pot operations. Hopefully the JVs at BCN will come good. But I wont be putting anymore money in here, I would rather invest it directly into BCN and EMH.

Its like they have just put out a placing to fund directors bonuses and go and hunt for diamonds in some third world country!
NO! The money raised is to BUIlD a Lithium Carbonate plant that has forward sold say 75% of its production for the next ten years. And people are not buying on this news!

What is not to like. Pilot plant been operating for years proving we can make high grade battery lirhium carbonate.
Even Joe Lowry has come around and said clay is a goer.
All phase 1 production sold. 50% phase 2 production sold out to year 10.
1/3rd of the money raised to build the processing plant, The rest must surely be on its way soon. The only question in my mind is how quickly they are going to scale up production to meet the demand going forward.

I was trying to explain to my Wife why nothing was happening! It is like nobody cares about this company! To me its the most exciting thing happening, yet companies like ukog get hundreds of chat posts a day! Who would invest in oil,
I mean come on.
I did think by now people would start to cotton on that evs and storage are coming very soon but the herd obviously aren't here yet.

So. Whats the chances of funding news tomorrow? Are we resigned to the fact it is going to push on into H2.

Btw, I do agree his salary seems excessive, but I do believe Kiran earns his money. Not sure at all about the other two! I think the biggest problem is most people got drawn into the hype, and not just from Lenigas. There were at least two articles written about us in Moneyweek. What that high share price did enable though, was to be able to get money a lot cheaper than they would at the current share price, albeit at the detriment to the people who bought the shares at those high prices. Now the share price has fallen back to (or below) the value of the investments, it would seem there is a lot more upside than before. We just need to wait for some news. Hopefully a Czech government being formed imminently would be a good start. (See EMH board).

But if the share price is double where it is now at least when the options are granted, then a bit of dilution isnt the end of the world for anybody buying in at these levels? Obviously a massive kick in the teeth for people (me included) who bought shares at a much higher price. But no reason to be not adding more at these levels? You said yourself, the investments should come good.

I read that Donald Strang received �150,000 for the year ending 2016. The rest is made up of options is it not? Have they actually recieved those options yet? Still a bloody good salary, but nowhere near as much as what you seem to be suggesting they earn.

The fact the directors are always in a closed period is one of the reasons the DDPP was set up. So the shares could be bought regardless of it being a closed or open period for them. Its not that hard to believe that they are always in possession of information from one of the companies. As for the remuneration package, the share holders voted it in, as they have to hit certain share price targets for them to get the options. I can cope with a bit if dilution when the share price hits 2.18!

Thats good to hear. Hybrids are a waste of time long term imo. Lugging a battery, engine and fuel tank about is just stupid. They have their benifits for now while battery costs come down, but long term I dont see them having a future. PS I see the happy positive brigade are here again! There have been hardly any trades or posts and no news at BCN or EMH either, so why not go and spread your doom and gloom there too!

Yes Frankie, you are right, I will certainly try and get there. It will all depend on work commitments when the time comes. I hope they give us a decent amount of notice this year.

Weekly top up for me too. 253,499. Paid .23 for them. I might look into going to the agm, but it is a long trek for me as I live in the North of England.

Thats so,e holding Ivy! For clarification, I dont expect to be out of this share in a years time. That is when things are starting to get interesting. I think that is why BCN �are dragging there feet�. The real spike in demand is going to start just as they start production. The twenties are where things really get going. But who knows when the share price will start increasing. The stock market is generally forward looking, so I expect the share prices of KDNC. BCN and EMH to start rising in anticipation of rising demand, before the demand really starts. Hopefully more offtake agreements signed. Very little downside with the shareprice where it is, when you compare it to where it could be in a few years time imo!

I happen to agree with you on that. 2019 is the year when things should start to really move. But in my experience, buying into Aim shares on big news usually mean you get spiked. So I am happy to be accumulating while things are quiet.

Is being first not the best time to invest in a company? 3 years ago was potentially too early, but now? The workd needs lithium, and there isnt enough coming into production. Did I read China could need 1million tonnes a year by itself by 2025. And that estimate will probably be proved to be low in a few years time the way they are going. I am happy to wait fir a few more guests to arrive!

Agree Bannor. It is strange nobody is discussing kdnc, in either a good or bad way. Now you can blame that on DL, KM or whatever. But why are there so few posts on EMH and BCN as well? I guess once news of finance at BCN is announced, The political situation in Czech calms down and we hear about licences @ San Luis there will be something to discuss.
