Leerex, if there is a sniff that the funding is secured and the deal is good for us, you will miss the boat! If they sell us out then you wont want to be in anyway. But the bod have turned down offers, and they own decent amounts of shares at much higher prices than where we are currently at.
Mr Secker seems perfectly happy to wait for the right deal, even if it means he is getting a lot of flack off impatient shareholders!

Also, dont forget that an offer of £1 a share has already been turned down a couple if years ago. Made by the then named Rare Earth Minerals. Dyor on the details of that offer, but its all in the RNS’s.

Personally hope its not sold, or if it is not for another 5-6 years at least. That way the demand for lithium will be peaking, and I see no reason why we shouldn't have multiple 17,500 ton plants in operation. The recourse is huge and the whole point of this operation is that its scalable.
Even the first pilot plant should make a gross profit of $122 million a year with a sale price of lithium @ $11,000 a ton. Scale that up, and you are getting into billion dollar valuations.

Agree mrc. I was so close to buying back in there, around 0.3, but so glad I resisted! Every time I have bought that bloody share it has come back to bite me! Once again it was no different. In fairness though, it is 40% higher than its low of .1. Not that that will be much comfort to those who got spiked.

Abd, well in fairness we do know that news is due. I doubt if the one code has anything to do with it though.
Although if an rns is released in the next 48 hours it will obviously prove the theory is correct!!!

It is a secret code that only market makers know about. They sell or buy one share when an rns is due to let other people “in the know” know that there is one on the way.
It’s probably just pure chance that an rns is really on its way, but sometimes they do follow a 1 code. It’s probably just somebody messing about trying to create excitement.

Absolutely. If it gets sold now, we have board without any vision. This company needs to mature, prove itself then true value will be realised.
I personally hope it isn't sold at all. There is so much potential here. The feasibility study that was carried out is on a tiny proportion of the land that we own. We are probably sitting on tens of billions worth of lithium.
And then there is one of the areas that we haven’t even bothered to get permits for yet. I forget which one.
This could truly be a monster once the world wakes up to just how many batteries are going to be produced over the next ten years.

Absolutely Mr C. Selling this for £1 a share would be an absolute travesty! It might sound good for those who are lucky to have bought in this low, but for most long term shareholders (including the bod might I add!) they will be hoping for a lot more than that!
