I'd like to see the sp at £20 ( just as much chance). There is a case however that if the company is being split and only half remains the remuneration of a CEO should be lower.

If it's Chrome you want then you should have put your money elsewhere as even a cursory glance at the direction the company was taking would have shown you that Copper was the future here. Even Colin's last words before leaving the board would have told you so. Your arguments about the cash from the sale being eaten up within a year are also simplistic.
